Lane62 Hostel

My experience at Lane 62 hostel was not very satisfying due to an altercation that I had with another customer. When I reached out to the staff, they were not responsive at all hence why I have to put a lower note. Positive aspects : pretty clean, cozy and quite comfortable. The ten people dorm is very spacious which is definitely a plus. The negative aspects : the location (it’s a 40min bus ride to the center), bathrooms can get a bit dirty and the staff is not very present/responsive

The hostel is in an industrial area quite far removed from anywhere you'd want to go. The place was clean enough, but there was a smell coming from the bathrooms that reached the dorm room. The place was cold and surreally quiet. Staff were pretty much nowhere to be found after the initial check-in. Overall, it was inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer war sehr geräumig, leider war die Matratze sehr dünn und Badeschlafen werden von allen geteilt, leider nicht besonders hygienisch.

Honestly, a pretty good hostel. Its perfect for short stays and needing to be close to the Airport. It's conveniently very close to the buses but still just far from the city. Not much of an atmosphere but could be with the right people. The setup isnt bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Lane62 was the highlight of my trip to Taichung! The hostel is literally right next to the bus stop, which means you can reach any part of the center easily, and they have a 711 right next door! The common area is just perfect, they provide some seats with plugs, so it was just like a coworking space :) Gotta say the bed is one of the most comfy ones I ever got, also the room is spacious enough! Great stay! Staff are all super friendly! Room and space are spacious and tidy. Definitely would visit again in the future!

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed! Both dorm room and bed are very spacious and comfortable. Common area is really cozy as well. 1 min walk to bus stop, easy access to all the tourist point. Highly recommend!
