Viajero San Andres Hostel

No soup to shower, they clean every two days, not enough facilities, no iron!!! I did not like it

on ma fait la reflexion car jai redemande des cereales alors que il donnais seulement l equivent d une cuillere a soupe pour enfant ! j avais pas fini mon pti dej je suis aller chercher un truc dans la chambre et sujs revenu on ma humilie car jai pris un jus de fruit et traite comme un voleur !!! chambre nul hostel nul allez ailleurs !!!

One of the worst hostels I've ever been to the staff at night are rude and the facility is run down and terrible

service was extremly rude and facilities dirty, we also got ripped of with a tour booked with the hostel

C’était vraiment pas propre, les douches sont froides et non pas été lavées depuis longtemps (voir comment elles sont), les portes ne sont jamais barrées et les voyageurs ne sont pas informés de ne pas faire de bruit après une certaine heure donc si vous voulez vous faire déranger pendant la nuit et prendre des douches pour vous salir davantage, aller dans cet hostel.

Sehr verwahrlost und heruntergekommen. Eine wirkliche Enttäuschung! Komplett lieblos eingerichtet, es gibt nicht mal Seife im WC, Betten werden ohne Bettwäsche übergeben. Auch die Atmosphäre ist dementsprechend... Ich bin nach zwei Nächten ins Karibbik- Hostel gewechselt, was eim Traum dagegen ist und ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann!

Rude and unflexible staff, in the morning of my checkout I couldnt even take a shower in the room I was sleeping in because the cleaning ladies were kicking me out. 2 days after coming back my 2 whole legs are filled with bed bugs bites and it was from there.

overall terible experience at this hostel. the first room we were told was ours didnt have the bed free. once we changed rooms the water was coming up out of a drain from the bathroom and flooded the whole room. we came back to all of our clothes soaking wet as no attempts were made to fix the problem or move our things. a towel that was near to stop the water was actually moved away meaning our things were even more wet. when asked politely for a refund they said no. would not reccomend. 0/10

I was outraged some bad person took a poo on my bed my first night, I told the staff and nothing was done about it. I had to sleep with a poo on my bed I was so embarrassed.

The bathroom was completely flooded after just 1 person had taken a shower. After 6 people, it was absolutely disgusting. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough, so the water went everywhere. I tried talking to one of the ladies in the reception, she was so rude! First she told me that I should change how I take a shower, then she gave me a mop a some sort of a solution. The water was freezing, the wifi was terrible. Compared to other viajeros, this is absolutely horrific and extremely expensiv...

My stay at Viajero Hostel San Andrés was absolutely amazing! The hostel has such a great vibe, a very welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and awesome common areas where you can easily meet people from all over the world. The location is also excellent and made the whole trip even more convenient and fun. I especially want to highlight Gary from the reception I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy San Andrés

It has been a wonderful stay! The staff is friendly and amazing! Especially Mari and kata and suele! Definitely gonna comeback!

The best hostel in the world. The best personnel and the best parties on the rooftop! Florencia the destination expert is the best! And all the staff is super friendly.

Minha experiência no Viajero foi muito boa. O Staff é muito bom, localização é ótima e os eventos que o hotel faz são ótimos para conhecer novas pessoas.

Super hostel, personnel très gentil et pour faire la fête c’est top ambiance assurée!! La localisation n’est pas la meilleure et pour le prix on peut s’attendre à mieux en terme de service (piscine, petit dej?)

Great stay, reception staff friendly and helpful

Staff is very friendly. The hostel is located on a road where many scooter pass. It makes it very noisy all the time. As the windows are always open because of the high temperature there is constant noise. I didn’t realize I had picked a party hostel, because that’s what it is. If you like that, you will have fun here. I had broken nights. Beds are good!

I had one of the best stay in Viajero San Andres! I enjoyed the two water activities I booked and had great time withe other travelers:) the staff is also very friendly :)

La pasé súper bien en este hostal. El ambiente es muy bueno y el personal es súper amable, sobre todo Jerry en recepción, siempre muy atento. Además, todos los días hay actividades nuevas, así que es muy fácil conocer gente. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho!

Great team, great location, awesome energy and activities, also good cleaning and breakfast! Kitchen could improve though with a microwave.

right in the center, just 12 min from the beach :) staff is very helpful!! rooms clean with AC but had problems with the water/pressure

Je recommande à 100% cet hostel, l’ambiance était incroyable, l’accueil et le personnel tout au long de mon séjour on été super, ils sont à l’écoute, j’ai trouvé dans cet hostel une vraie famille, il y a des activités tous les jours.

Il manque d'espace qui donne envie de relaxer/ socialiser.

Me gustó mucho la atención de Jerry, muy amable y agradable. Me sentí muy segura, esta a unas cuantas calles del centro, puedes ir caminando sin problema. Volvería sin duda.
