Terrible management, worst hostel!

Very bad experience. It is necessary to pray for hot water, breakfast delayed half an hour every day, a very unhelpful manager of the facility.

Horrible owner. I advised the hostel that I would be arriving late. an hour later he called to cancel my entire reservation as I was arriving after 10pm, leaving me homeless. Discusting management I would not want anyone to be left in the same situation in serbia.

I WAS LEFT ALONE AND SCARED ON THE STREET OUTSIDE THIS HOSTEL AT 4AM. My friends staying in the room beside me were asked to leave this hostel at 4am, because they brought another person into the hostel. They apologised repeatedly and admitted their mistake but were told they had to pack and leave immediately. I went in my pyjamas and asked Madja why they were asked to leave. Terrible experience, do not stay here. Would give this place a zero if that was a review option. We booked 3 nights at this hostel and only stayed 2. We arrived at 9pm on the first night and were told that the hostel was “accidentally” overbooked and that my friend and I would be sleeping offsite in a room in a man’s house. Not very friendly at all check in was overcomplicated , also beds very itchy

i heard a lot of good things about this place, so i stayed here for a few nights but didn't understand what the hype is about. this is not a hostel but rather a homestay where you are literally living with the host and her family, so it had a lot of rules (that i was happy to comply with) but it was hard to feel at ease. i asked to cook a simple meal in the kitchen (boiling oats in a pot) and the host responded as if i were a burden, but ultimately she let me use the kitchen with strict instruct...

Hostel cheio de regrinhas chata que não são avisadas previamente. Como, por exemplo, não é permitido andar com calçados dentro das acomodações. O que salva é a equipe e a localização.

Expect a very police-like atmosphere in this place. You are not even allowed to enter with your flip-flops you just use in the patio. The staff literally wakes you up at 9 for breakfast by opening the curtains. Moving the jam pot from one table to another is a big deal, etc.

Very comfortable hostel with a beautiful and cozy front yard. Not suitable for people who want to party of even have a drink of their own. In Majdas you can't make any sort of noise after certain hour. And by no sort of noise, I am talking that you can't even whisper, nor stay at the front yard quietly, because the staff will come and ask you to come inside, as if they were your mother. Bummer!

Hostel bien ubicado a 5 minutos de la estación de buses y trenes y a 7-8 minutos del casco antiguo de la ciudad. Tiene excelentes instalaciones: camas, duchas, baños y espacios comunes limpios y acogedores. Reciben solo efectivo (€ o marcos), tienen Wi-Fi y hay cajas fuertes si necesitas dejar las cosas. Lo mejor es la hospitalidad de Majda y la gente que trabaja con ella (al llegar me ofrecieron té helado y sopa típica) y el ambiente que se genera entre los huéspedes. Además es muy bara...

Burada konaklamam boyunca güler yüzlü hostel sahibi saygılı ve eğlenceli müşterilerle beraber harika bir deneyim geçirdim. Hostelin temizliği ve ilgi çok başarılıydı. Kesinlikle Majda’nın yerinde konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim

Incroyable ! Confortable, propre. Il faut ou prendre son petit déjeuner qui est excellent et varié. Le tour organisé est aussi très bien !

De los mejores hostels donde estuve. Muy limpio y súper amigable. El tour con bata es un poco caro pero te va a mostrar mostar de una forma increíble. Quien te dice que es solo un puente no conoció nada. No lo duden. Gran lugar

Pour y avoir séjourné à 2 reprises, ce n'est pas un party hostel mais une auberge conviviale où l'on se sent comme à la maison.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Maïda est une hôte formidable ! Je recommande à 100%

Me alojé durante tres noches en este hostel. Uno de los mejores en los que he estado. Todo estaba muy limpio y el trato del personal es inmejorable. El desayuno lo prepara la dueña del hotel y está buenísimo!! También realicé la excursión por Mostar y alrededores con ellos, duró todo un día y visitamos Mostar, Pocitelj, Baglaj y kravice. Simplemente genial!

장기 여행중입니다. 계속 호스텔을 여러 나라, 여러 도시에서 이용중입니다. 이곳만큼 편안한곳은 없습니다. 굉장히 깨끗하고 분위기기 좋습니다. 여주인이 사람이 좋습니다. 친절하고 인정이 많습니다. 넓은 공간에 비해 침대수가 적어서 쾌적합니다. 가격은 합리적입니다.

Un sitio muy agradable, con un ambiente familiar. Un patio cubierto con sofás magnífico. Me hizo aparcar la moto en el interior lo cual se agradece. Hacen excursiones y desayuno de la casa por 5€. Un lugar excepcional para dormir en Mostar
