DO NOT PREFER ZOSTEL EVER... STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL...ALSO THEY DON'T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE APART FROM ROOM... CHECK IN PROCESS IS VERY SLOW AND TAKE TIME...STAFF IS NOT AT ALL HELPFUL...THEY WILL ASK TO WAIT TILL YOUR CHECKIN TIME AND AFTER CHECKIN TIME THEY START PROCESS AND THEY TAKE 30 MINS FOR CHECKIN PROCESS....NOT GOOD AT ALL...NOT WORTHY... DON'T BOOK ZOSTEL

First warning: BED BUGS in the beds! This hostel is a scam, once voted the best but now old and poorly maintained. The bathroom drain was clogged, flooding the shower. The AC didn’t work, and the room was unbearably hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful, creating a terrible atmosphere. I woke at 1:30 AM covered in bed bug bites, and despite showing videos of bugs, the staff denied it and moved me to a worse room. At 9:45 AM, before checkout, I was kicked out for cleaning that didn’t actually...

Would not recomend , no ventilation in dorms, smelly rooms, there was no water to shower, can go for good views thats it.

1 star because or lack of loyalty to guests. I forget my important stuff and I sent several emails and no one even replied, 0 response

La posizione è abbastanza buona. La pulizia non è il massimo. Capelli/peli sulle lenzuola. Non c’è servizio bar, solo dispenser di acqua calda e fredda. Terrazza per fumatori carina. La cosa che mi ha infastidito di più è stato che si sono offerti di farmi la laundry e ho accettato volentieri. Per forse 1kg e mezzo di panni mi sono stati chiesti 1100 rupie a biancheria ormai fatta e il tizio della lavanderia ha anche insistito che voleva una mancia sostanziosa.

Zostel Jaipur was surprisingly disappointing. The towels weren’t clean, the room was dusty, the bathroom wasn’t fully clean, the bathroom didn’t lock etc etc.

i just ask for some help and they didnt comprehend my point being so unpolite and unhelpful. Terrible staff.

The hostel itself was large and had decent facilities. Upon arrival into our dorm we we're greeted by a large mouse which when we told the staff, they didn't care at all and laughed. The weirdest thing was that the staff constantly treated our group with suspicion and actually tried to go through one of our bags. On top of this we asked for help to organize transport to pushkar and the male staff member behind the desk pretty much told us he couldnt help us with anything.

Great stay. Staff were brilliant and the hostel was actually super social, especially on the upper floor common area!

Chill vibe and good location

Zostel has an extremely friendly, family-like vibe. The team goes far beyond just providing service – you actually hang out with them and feel at home. Highly recommend!

I had amazing stay at Zostel Jaipur specially mention Sunny Bhaiya he is really helpful and all staff is good there with amazing vibe.

The experience was amazing! The property is very beautiful and the hist and the staff are very cooperative! Had a great experience!

Zostel Jaipur est une bonne alternative si vous voulez vous déplacer dans le centre de Jaipur facilement.

For solo traveller like me, its just a go to place for a stay....one must surely consider staying here...

nice hostel in a very good location got sightseeing. also loved the cafe next door!

The staff were quite friendly, and the first floor common area had a good ambiance. The loos and showers were clean, but the sinks not so much. There were no locks on the doors to the room, which is understandable considering it was shared, however I was aware that anyone could have walked in from off the street with no security to stop them, apart from a staff member manning the desk.

A pleasant stay in the pink city of jaipur! The location is great - only a short walk from the hawa mahal and many other sights. The rooftop terrace was nice and calm and there was even a cafe in the hostel.
