Best Stay Hostel At Lanta

The hostel is alright but there were bed bugs in my dorm

Basic but does the job. Free breakfast was the highlight and staff really nice. Common area a bit small with uncomfortable seating choices. Would stay again for a short stay for cheapness.

The rooms looked nice and big, but the bathrooms were quite filthy. After the first night, my body was covered in flea bites, and I tried informing the reception, but they told me they had never had this problem before. I also talked to someone else at the hostel who also had the same experience the day before. The receptionist weren’t very welcoming

Pro’s about the hostel: the location is good, the staff is nice, breakfast is fine. Con’s: it’s real dirty, old and dark, no reception or refill water available after 18.00 and the most anti-social vibe i have ever experienced.

This hostel was disgusting. My bed had sand and hairs in it I’m not even sure if they changed the sheets from the last person. Showers and bathrooms were also filthy I didn’t see any cleaning staff in the 2 days I was there.

Good location in Koh lanta , nice and quiet and near shops / restaurants , unfortunately we found bedbugs , staff didn’t give refund but offered to move rooms to a 4 bed , at this point i was pretty content moving hostel to avoid bedbugs entirely so didn’t take them up on the offer however staff were helpful with other things too like keeping room cool when A/C was off

Only stayed one night but would not recommend if you want somewhere clean. Bathrooms were dirty, had clearly not been cleaned for a while. Also saw a few bed bugs so had to change bed !! Staff were nice though

Rude staff, especially the lady at the front desk and lots of older folks which brought down the social vibe a bit. I was charged more booking with them directly than via the website, so I’d recommend booking here if you can.

Didn’t love it. Koh Lanta, the ability to chill and socialise is key. Our bin was overflowing. Bathroom floors didn’t feel nice. No aircon 10-4pm. Room quite cramped. Building abit shoddy

Worst stay ever! When came in the evening to sleep (my second night there), the automatic door didn’t work! I try to call the hostel several time, but nobody answered! I had to find another place to sleep at 11:30PM !! The next morning when I came back I explained the problem to the ladies at the reception, but they didn’t really care and I had to discuss with them a long moment before they finally accept to give me the money back. Beds are ok, cleaning is kind of ok, no vibe in the hostel�...

The hostel is okay, however there were bed bugs in my friends bed, the showers and bathrooms weren’t the cleanest and the beds were solid. Location is alright for walking distance to a selection of restaurants. The hostel had no atmosphere whatsoever

A well-priced hostel within a short walking distance of the beach. The dorms and common areas were clean and the staff were very helpful and efficient. The free breakfast is basic but sufficient. The only downside is that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. You can rent a mattress topper for 50 baht per night, but it’s odd that this is not provided for free as standard. It would also be nice if the air con turned off at 11am each day, instead of 10am, as the top floor heats up quickly

Really nice hostel, staff were lovely and helpful with booking tours. Breakfast was nice. Really good location, very close to a really nice beach. Rooms were clean.

Mega bequeme Betten, Duschkopf war abgebrochen, leicht dreckige Badräumlichkeiten. Man muss im Hostel die Schuhe ausziehen… Frühtstück war lecker und Rollermieten war super unkompliziert. Free refill water! Lage auch gut. Relativ nah zum Strand und Hauptstraße Richtung Süden direkt vor der Tür

Das Hostel hatte eine super Lage, direkt beim Long Beach. Es gab kostenloses Frühstück und es gab viele Aktivitäten die man über das Hostel buchen konnte. Leider waren die Betten sehr hart, ansonsten war alles super.

The hostel atmosphere is really good — always well organized and clean. There’s a large area for working and socializing, which makes it easy if you need to be productive or meet people. The big highlight is the breakfast — it’s excellent, definitely above average. The staff can seem a bit moody. The bed could be improved: it’s quite hard and thin, which might be uncomfortable depending on how long you’re staying.

Great place to stay in Lanta, bike rentals at the hostel to explore the island. No social activities but you can still talk to people if you want. Not too close to anything but 10minute walk max to food/bar/711/beach. Would recommend if you want a nice chill place.

Bed a little uncomfy it squeaks every time you move bc the mattress is a literal slab of plastic with a sheet on it. Breakfast was good. Bathrooms nice

Free breakfast was a great addition. The staff were really lovely. In our room in particular, no one locked the door, often leaving it wide open meaning we didn’t feel confident leaving stuff in our room.

good sleep, enough bathrooms and a good breakfast. i rented a scooter through the hostel which was fairly priced. not the most social but you can def meet people if you try

Koh lanta has not a lot to do. So the hostels doesn’t have much either. But this one was close to the beach and had breakfast included which was very nice. Hygiene could definitely be better. Bathrooms and food area. Room was nothing special and could use an extra clean as well. I do have to say we had two very gross dorm mates. So they were part of the issue. Was not a big fan of this hostel but I think it is one of the better ones in Koh lanta. Staff was very kind!
