Cheguei e não tinham o registro da minha reserva. Além de perder o dinheiro da reserva precisei pagar por outro hotel no dia em que cheguei.

The owner isn't friendly at all. He doesn't even greet guests when they come. I came from a long journey & he asked me to choose a bed. It didn't have the sheets on, so he asked me to take the sheet from another bed and put it onto mine & make my bed. I was shocked...he lacks basic etiquette. The rooms are congested & no AC. The only good points are the location and sociable hostel mates (you can find elsewhere too). His staff Alexander was a sweet & helpful guy. I don't recommend this hostel

Women's room smelled like sewage the whole night I could not sleep. Also I left my silk pajamas and was going to do anything to have them shipped back to me but they decided to keep.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel and would not recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue was the cleanliness, or rather, the complete lack of it. The kitchen was filthy, with rotten food left on the counters and the fridge. The noise level was extreme and guests werebloud till early morning hours not allowing anyone to sleep in the dorms with their loud music

Overall the best part about this place is the location. The bathrooms are essentially in the room and they are far from clean. The staff was nice but not around much. For the price it is very much not worth it.

The staff is never there. It’s hard to get some help even if it’s just a simple bus ride to another destination. They simply say that they don’t know and they don’t bother to actually help. Seems like nobody wants to actually to their job. Even if you text them nobody replies or it takes all day to reply. As a solo Traveller you’ll have a hard time to plan your journey. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The bathrooms were in really bad condition. I would not recommend staying there

The ladies only room smelled of sewage. Had to hold my breath each use, I almost puked. On my first night a cat popped up from the ceiling & fell on my bed. Then when it rained since I was on the top bunk near the window I felt all the droplets, woke up damp, plus there was no air conditioning. There was no room to change so I had to get dressed inside the shower. & the towel that they gave me was crunchy, bed sheets were scratchy. This place just needs an update really.

Ruido toda la noche por obras fuera (abril 2025, supongo q este problema se soluciona cuando terminen la obra) El baño es lo mas minisculo e incómodo que puedas imaginar. Una especie de probadores q dan a la habitación: - lavabo dentro de la habitación - ducha sin espacio para dejar las cosas la alcachofa no se sujetaba. 1 de 2 dias me salio el agua fría. - Water en un espacio minisculo (con salida directa a la habitación).

Alles in allem für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Ordnung.

Eu hostal está en obra y eso perjudica mucho su funcionamiento. Puntos fuertes: cocina bien equipada, ubicado muy cerca de la playa y comedores. Puntus a tener en cuenta: el mercado cercano es caro, mas barato queda al menos 3km del hostel. La obre afecta el funcionamiento del hostel. La heladera de la cocina principal no funciona bien. En general: buen costo-beneficcosto-beneficio.

Martin was a very friendly staff member who was very helpful every day. this hostel is safe as it has locked doors with electronic fobs. the location is perfect it is walking distance to the beach. the beds were clean and the room was cleaned every day . the shared kitchen was nice. they could do with upgrading the showers as they were basic however overall this is great value for money to stay in punta Cana . the hostel also offered to drive me home to the airport. I would strongly recommend !

Small hostel, really cute.

Very basic hostel, no A/C, the washroom was tiny, and if you arrive at night, it’s hard to find. Also, Punta Cana is a resort town, not so much of a backpacking destination, so do not expect to meet much backpackers and globetrotters here. On the good side, the hostel is in a great location in Bavaro, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

la ubicación es muy buena, la atención de David y su equipo es lo mejor, el area es segura y facil de acceder a la playa, restaurantes y minimarket, volvería al hostal

Ziemlich leer gewesen zu meiner Zeit, aber alle Gäste und Mitarbeiter sehr nett, sie haben netterweise meine Wäsche privat kostenlos gewaschen 👍🏼

Es un lugar increíble, muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo: cajeros, playas, tours a precios accesibles, restaurantes locales y minimarket. Todo está pensado para que uno se sienta cómodo. Mi familia y mis amigos estuvieron muy felices durante la estancia. Las instalaciones siempre estuvieron limpias y la atención de Martín y su familia fue excelente. Alexander siempre estuvo pendiente de cada detalle. Sin duda, volvería de nuevo."

Best staff in the world, I couldn’t have found better people, super helpful and always ready to assist! The rooms are small but well-equipped. The only downside is the bathroom: the shower definitely needs to be replaced, and the sink is way too high for short people like me 😢

The location is pretty good. The staff helped me with everything I needed. The construction across the street was kinda annoying all day and into the night. It’s not the hostels fault but that will be happening for a while.

Alexander y Ricardo fueron lo mejor del hostal: amables, serviciales y muy agradables. La ubicación es excelente. Sin embargo, el hostal no tiene aire acondicionado y los baños son muy incómodos, con poco espacio incluso para sentarse. Aun así, la atención del personal hizo que la experiencia fuera mucho mejor. Alexander eres el mejor me ayudo luchas veces con prestándome su cargador, con mis maletas y llamando al taxi muchas gracias por todo salidos desde Toronto
