+ ロケーションが良かった
- トイレに手洗い場が無い。シャワールームにドライヤーが無い
- Nicht sauber, alles recht improvisiert. Nur ein Waschbecken für alle, dieses ist im Gemeinschaftsraum und dient gleichzeitig als Küche. Gäste von einen Schlafraum gehen durch anderen Schlafraum als Zugang zu Dusche und WC. Keine Privatsphäre. Ich kann dieses Haus nicht empfehlen.

+ 朝着にも関わらず快くアーリーチェックインをさせて頂いたことは良かった。
- Wifiはほぼ無く、あっても途切れ途切れ。 ドミトリーは4人部屋と2部屋の境は薄いカーテンのみな為、隣の部屋からオッさんのイビキが聞こえて全然寝れなかった。宿のオーナーは優しいが、普段ゲストハウスにはいない為、話しかけられない。駅から15分以上歩く。

- 早餐的飯夠，但是菜給的很少很少有些想再吃飯但沒有菜了。給的食材也不是很貴的東西，為什麼給這毛少有些小氣的感覺，比起Airbnb的系統民宿差很多喔！老實說失望 床跟床被子不好使用⋯⋯打開房門聲音很大、浴室很小又是在樓下的室外就連毛巾都是需要付錢才能使用還好我們自已都有帶 我想可能角館市場上民宿不多沒有競爭吧 早上用餐完畢，到處叫老闆娘都沒人反應只好把key放在餐盤上離開以上如果你需要照片的話（早餐）我可以傳給你們參考
+ La signora ci ha accolto in modo molto gentile e il letto era comodo.
- Mancava il riscaldamento nella camere e l'acqua calda per lavarsi (fino alle 8 di mattina era ghiacciata). La doccia era fuori dallo stabile e per lavarsi bisognava uscire al freddo in mezzo alla neve, senza nemmeno il riscaldamento dove c'è la doccia. L'unico modo per scaldarsi erano delle stufette che puzzavano molto. Peccato, perché poteva essere molto bello per staff e posizione. Gli asciugamani e lo spazzolino a pagamento.

- Shared bathroom, stairs shower room in a separate building.. Very much in the style of an English b/b. Suitable for young fit backpacker types, not elderly gents with weak bladders,
+ Calme, chambre spacieuse attribuée avant l'heure normale.
- Insupportable odeur de gaz-oil (signalée par d'autres hôtes) qui a gâché mon séjour en provoquant des maux de tête. Réfrigérateur minuscule et très givré. Il faut sortir pour accéder à la salle de bain dans le garage. Le minimum est mis à disposition . J'ai ensuite lu sur un avis qu'il y avait possibilité d'utiliser une cuisine dans les locaux des dortoirs ??L'accueil fut gentil mais bref (la dame était occupé au restaurant). Je ne recommande pas cet établissement pour un séjour. L'onsen à proximité est aussi décevant, 700Y, eau beaucoup trop chaude dans le seul bassin pour profiter longuement du bain.

- C'est vrai que c'est bizarre d'avoir le local douche dans un bâtiment extérieur,
+ I really loved my stay there. The host is such a nice person, I really enjoyed her warm welcome in a cold winter day. The bed was really comfortable and I didn’t feel cold at all.
+ Host is very kind and helpful. She even dropped me to station as there was taxi and it was raining.
- For its value , they offer really good.Few minor inconvience of shower location.
+ he room where I stayed was spacious and clean, and the breakfast served in the adjacent restaurant was very good.
- To access the showers you have to step outside the building, but this was clearly stated in the description. It would be nice to have a small common place where to meet other traveller.

+ Good location, conbini nearby, lovely walk along the river to the samurai houses There's a small kitchen area, which is well equipped. The lounge area was very comfortable The owner showed me around and was very helpful and caring. She made sure the rooms would not be too cold.
- Shower and toilet are in a separate area, which is quite cold. It was okay for me, just something to be mindful of
I liked my stay in the guest house a lot. Friendly and helpful staff, explaining everything as well. The four bed dorm has a lot of space and there are extra and comfy blankets if you need them. It felt great to stay at the cozy living room and the blankets as well. The kitchen is quite basic but I did not need it anyways.
+ El desayuno tradicional japonés hecho en casa y la amabilidad de la casera han hecho nuestra primera experiencia en una Guesthouse muy positiva.
- La ducha se encuentra en un edificio separado, en noviembre o el resto de meses fríos no apetece mucho salir a ducharse y volver a entrar al edificio principal. Parece una casa un poco antigua así que se escuchan mucho los ruidos del resto de las personas que se hospedan.
+ Clean, well maintained, relatively close to the station and a kind host as well. The bedrooms had bunk beds, but there was a big, cosy common room to chill and talk with fellow travellers. There were kitchen facilities too and a convenience store within walking distance. Will definitely visit again!
+ Great guesthouse in Kakunodate. Check-in was easy, with a location close to combini and a big supermarket. The beds were super comfy and warm, and there were plenty of heaters to make the room warm. From my different stays in Japan, this had the cozyest common room. Very spacious. The Host also super nice!
- It has a common kitchen, but it's a bit ill equipped. The host could have more basic things like salt to facilitate cooking. Also, a recommendation is to have replacement gas cinders available so we don't need to go find the host to replace it.
