Sohrab Traditional Hostel

As I arrived after 8 hours bus trip they didn’t know about my booking on Hostel world they wanted to charge me more as the price i booked for even the money i payed by creditcard they didn’t know about it was a whole negotiation with language barrier i the end i decided to go to an other place middle in the night i don’t know if the problem is from Hostel world or from them but i had no patience for this negotiation late night after a long bus trip

The stuff is very impolite, don't go there

"BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED!" Host told me after I finished my breakfast meanwhile i was checking out. And at the end i have to pay extra 100 mile for breakfast cause I dont have to argue and have to head to airport. But after that i checked the comfirmation on my emails, there be written, breakfast included. lol. just too silly, be carefull guys.

I had a mixed experience. The hostel is located in a lovely traditional courtyard building which provides a great area for relaxing and / or socialising with other guests. Unfortunately I experienced very poor service throughout the duration of my stay. The hostel is open 24h/24 and no one is awake. There are people travelling with bicycle and no one watches on it sadly, anyone could go in and take it. Also, even if it is the cheapest hostel in Shiraz, you expect to get what is promised on site. I booked a 5 bed dorms, ended up in a 6 beds, no discount was made, even worse, I changed some money the day before checking out, they made me pay on a higher rate than what they exchange. And the BREAKFAST is NOT free.

Ama orada çalışan biri genç diğeri orta yaşlı kişiler farklıydı… genç olanı otobüs bileti aldı bize fakat fazla para almış bizden. Orta yaştaki ise sürekli mesaj yazıp durdu. O yüzden ilk gece çekinerek uyudum. Huzursuz etti beni

Matches description. Very compact and cosy. Multiple outdoor seating options to enjoy. I was in a 4 person dorm, which was more than sufficient. Well designed, beautifully presented, lots of storage. The bathroom was always clean, shower was hot, decent pressure. Kitchen was sensational if you're keen to cook. Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased at low cost - a few options to select from. Always fresh Chai available. Oustanding aspect is the STAFF, shoutout Reza! Highly recommend.

Servicio muy deficiente. Se anuncia cómo hospedaje con desayuno incluído y no es así, es un engaño para los huéspedes!!! El personal es poco servicial, consideraría hospedarme en algún otro lugar...

The staff are helpful. On the Hostel World website, it is advertised that breakfast is provided free. It is not. The only thing free is tea and free use of the kitchen facilities.

The atmosphere and facilities of the hostel were really nice. If I come back to Shiraz, I will prefer to stay here. Also, the employees were very friendly and smiling

We are a groop of 5 from Athens and stayed 5 nights in Sohrab hostel. We think that this hostel was one really great choice. Very clean, the staff is exceptional, so kind and friendly. The hostel offers the facilities to cook by yourself and generally exists a feeling of calm and happiness. Great value for money.

Very welcoming, nice atmosphere, cool spaces, they even helped me getting to the inter-city bus station so the I don’t miss it. Great value for money.

很多中国人，老板和员工很友善，有完备的厨房，我的飞机在凌晨，很难打车，老板亲自送我去的机场，第二天伊朗被空袭，老板还问我在机场能不能打到车回青旅，需不需要接，非常热情友善

人很nice，环境不错，床单干净，屋内有暖气设施。

Otel çok temizdi. Kendimizi iyi hissettik. Sadece biraz ara bir mahallede. Bulmamız zor olmuştu. Caddeye yürümesi 5 dakikaydı. Bizimle ilgilenen beyefendi çok nazikti. Biz normalde dorm tipi tutmuştuk.bi karışıklık olduğu için bize vip oda vermişler. Karışıklığı çok güzel telafi ettiler. İki kız arkadaş gitmiştik. Güvenlik konusunda problem olmadı. Otelin atmosferi sakin ve güzel.

Otelin içindeki atmosfer, çalışanlar, olanaklar çok iyi. İran atmosferini de hissetmek istiyorsanız bu hostelde kalabilirsiniz. Otel çalışanları her türlü konuda yardımcı oluyor. İyi eğlenceler

Çok güzel bir hostel. Konum olarak çok iyi. İhtiyacınız olan herşey hostel çevresinde var. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Change office hizmetleri var. Bilet işlemlerimde yardımcı olduğu için Reza'ya çok teşekkür ederim. Çok ilgili bir insan. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Şiraz da başka hostel aramanıza gerek yok. Vakit kaybetmeyin. Şiraz'a bir daha gelirsem yine bu hostelde kalacağım. Herşey için teşekkürler🙏
