+ Location great. Door man was fantastic. Helping us with luggage and showing us the room and what was included not included etc. All for the price we paid it was fantastic. Breakfast free nit we didn't take this opportunity...mini bar was cheaper than 7/11

- The description said soundproof. But the windows were not double glazed. We looked out to the park and there was a lot of noise on the below street. I managed to find a place that sold earplugs. Would have scored 9 if new windows were in place.

- When we stayed here two years ago, everything was much better, which is why we decided to return to the same hotel. Unfortunately, this time the experience was terrible. The room for three adults was extremely small, so small that we could barely move around. The room and the bathroom did not seem clean, as everything looked old and worn out. The breakfast was also very, very poor this time. It seems that a few years ago there was much more effort put in, probably because of the reviews, but this time everything was disappointing. We honestly felt like leaving immediately.

+ la chambre est petite et pas propre. On peut à peine poser la valise. Comme partout au Vietnam le personnel est très souriant! Petit déjeuner paraît pas frais....
