- Taunting and teasing behaviour of manager and cook
+ Comfortable bed.
- Left for dinner and the owner locked the exterior door. Was ringing the bell, knocking, calling the number through booking and booking customer service. Thankfully the neighbors woke up from my knocking and stayed with me in the street until the owner carelessly showed up 30 minutes later. The owner couldn’t have cared less (laughed) that I was locked out in an unsafe area; other reviews state the same issue. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the tourist area, lots of vagrants at night - which is very unsafe when you can’t enter the hotel.
+ Nos dejaron usar la piscina en la noche
- Me hubiese gustado que se me informara que mi habitación que reservé para 5 personas estaba siendo compartida con otras dos. Literal solo dividieron la habitación con una sábana y prensa ropa. Esas dos personas adicionales no nos dejaron dormir, se emborracharon y dejaron sucio el baño. Si me hubiesen informado que estaría compartiendo habitación con otras dos personas ajenas a mi grupo hubiéramos reservado habitaciones individuales sin ningún problema

- 1. Los cuarto 2. El baño no es privado del inodoro 3. El mismo desayuno los dos dias 4. El precio muy alto para el servicio 5. El lavamano una alcantarilla 6. No hay television
+ The beautiful pool
- The location was in a horrible part of the city, no tv’s on the rooms and for what we paid not a good value.
+ Obiekt w miarę blisko centrum, klimatyzacja działała poprawnie.
- Duże rozczarowanie - to hostel i do tego słaby. Przy okazji wycieczek fakultatywnych odwiedziliśmy inne i były znacznie lepszej jakości. Nieładne pokoje i łazienka, wszystko było stare i nie miało się poczucia, że jest świeże. Utrudnione wchodzenie do obiektu - zamykane na kłódkę od wewnątrz, a po 22 należy się kontaktować z obsługą (whatsapp lub dzwonek i czekać). Basen nie zachęcał do kąpieli, nie wydawało się czysto. Śniadanie niesmaczne. Pani z recepcji nie była sympatyczna. Zarezerwowałam z uwagi na ocenę w okolicach 9 i zdjęcia, ale to duży błąd.

+ This hotel/hostel has such great potential and we liked lots of things; We booked the private room with its own bathroom, which was v spacious. Nice hot and fairly powerful shower Good air con and fan Lovely pool area for chilling Fridge/freezer in the common area which is free to use Water refill for a small fee (10 Cordoba) - it was great not to have to constantly get water from the shops. Great location - 5 min walking distance to great bars and restaurants Booking excursions - they booked our volcano tour and organised the tour guide to pick us up directly from the hostel The family who own / run the place have a cute cat who roams around and is very friendly.
- There was a bikini in our room when we arrived, so it makes me worry that the rooms are not thoroughly checked and cleaned between uses. Bed was pretty uncomfortable in the private room - it was warped towards the middle so we were constantly slipping inwards. Additionally we were confused about the sheets. The bed was made when we arrived, but there were more sheets on top of the bed. So we didn’t know which were actually clean. Only gave us one towel and one pillowcase at first, even though I booked for two people. Sink is the weirdest shape - it’s impossible to wash your hands without touching the sink or the tap. Some of the staff were incredibly unfriendly - especially the lady who makes breakfast. We felt like we were always an inconvenience to her. Plus she got our order wrong on two of the days and was very stingy with the breakfast items e.g. made us pay extra for butter and a splash of milk for 1 coffee. The only nice staff member was Cristina who helped to book our volcano tour. Additionally, we made some friends in the hostel and they tried to charge them after they’d checked out for staying in the common area for 1.5 hours - beware of this, it does not mention anywhere on Booking. It’s such a shame because there are so many great things about this hostel/hotel. I totally get that they need to cut costs, but it sometimes felt like everything was an extra charge and that we were intruding.
+ the pool and the garden were very nice and enjoyable.
- The hotel is a family house turned into a hotel meaning that you might encounter some of the family member having lunch together next to the pool. Which is not a problem until they use the common toilet/ shared bathroom meant for the guests and leaving it unclean and without toilet paper. One of the owner was extremely unfriendly and refused to prepare one of the breakfast options, although we had it the day before with another staff. The room was correct but the bed à bit small

- Cuando reservamos nos ofrecían baño privado y cuando llegamos a las instalaciones nos enteramos que era baño compartido, no vale el precio que pagamos

+ Big room with big comfortable bed and lots of storage space. Great quiet location in central Leon. The AC and pool were very welcome respites from the brutal Leon heat.
- You have to pay each time you want to refill your water bottle with drinking water - everywhere else, this is free!

+ La atencion de las anfitrionas nos hacían sentir como en casa y nos orientaron bastante a nuestra llegada
+ Lovely welcoming garden setting. Liked our king room with lots of storage, separate sink/toilet/areas and comfortable bed/pillows. Good breakfast included. We found the location perfect for our needs. Owners also offer assistance with booking a shuttle or guiding services for volcano hiking. Recommend and would stay here again.

+ Alles - die Zimmer sind sehr schön und der Pool sehr sauber und der Garten wunderschön! Es gibt auch eine Katze und eine Schildkröte. Wir haben sogar noch eine Nacht verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Die Besitzerinnen waren sehr nett - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

+ Muy tranquilo y agradable,el patio bien con una pequeña piscina y hamacas. Habitación con baño bien.
- El desayuno era un poco pobre y no ofrecía ni zumo ni fruta.Echaba en falta una nevera con bebidas.

+ Lieu calme et reposant proche du centre ville de Léon. Piscine très appréciable. Très propre. Christina est très souriante et accueillante. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
