Friendly Auberge

The staff is extremely rude. They were opportunist and charged me besides that i made the reservation by mistake and called 2 minutes after to inform them. They didn’t care and hanged up the phone and charged me as if I stayed there.

Auberge à ne pas recommander ! Le pire des auberges en France . je dispose d'une carte auberge depuis 2004 ! Et j'ai passé des séjours dans plusieurs auberges : Nice, Grenoble, Boulogne-sur-mer, Orléans, Lyon.... Surprise 1: wifi ne fonctionne pas ! Even if you do not have a place to go to, I do not recommend this place. The cleanliness is worst I have I ever seen.

La peor experiencia. La zona horrible, el personal muy mal educados sin ganas de trabajar. Pague por 3 noches y solo me quede una y me fui a otro hostel me sentí muy incómoda con todo

Me cobraron de más ,y no me quieren aplicar sus políticas de devolución,muy sucio, aunque intente explicarle a la recepcionista está situación no hizo nada al respecto cobrándome de de más .las instalaciones no son igual que las imágenes No se que pensar no recomendable temas de seguridad y de limpieza muy importante..

The common area was as pictured so can’t complain about that. However the advertised “friendly atmosphere” was strongly lacking. The demographic of lodgers was primarily people looking for permanent housing. Not a problem however not the impression we got whilst booking. The woman who owns it was unfriendly and appeared to not want us there. La salle de bains personnelle qui pue, le carrelage pas terminé, chambre toute petite. Présence de mites (papillon) dans la chambre. Atmosphère avec les autres clients très étrange, je ne me suis pas sentie en confiance. Je ne suis pas restée dormir à l'hôtel. Par contre, l'accueil à la réception très bien.

Only go there if you find no other place to go. The staff make you feel like you're a burden, I can't sleep on the upper bed and when I arrived it was the only bed available so I had to take it, then asked if I can take a lower bed the next day, even then there were two lower beds available the lady at the reception refused. The staff are not at the reception desk most of the time and I had to wait for them if I needed something, The room had no lock. It takes about an hour to go to the center.

On avait choisi pour le prix ( 90 €) la chambre petit déjeuner compris . On a reçu dès notre arrivée les 3 petits déjeuners de notre séjour de 3 jours .: par jour : 1 pain au chocolat et une brique de jus de fruit.!!!!!!! Pour le café , il fallait mettre 1 € dans l'appareil !!!!!! Nancy nous a expliqué que c'était à cause de la Covid....et puis , comme notre famille occupait 3 autres chambres , on a obtenu 1 litre de jus de fruit supplémentaire et un paquet de 10 pains...

Staff was great and room was clean. Two people entered the room at 11:30 intoxicated and began yelling for a few hours before staff got involved. Besides that which is not the hostels fault, my stay was great!

Hostel is fine as a place to stay for a night or two however it’s a long way from Toulouse centre (2 hour 30 min walk) and neighbourhood has very little going on. Also barely any social vibe to the hostel itself.

There were mold in the bathrooms and I Think there were bedbugs i my bed. And the hostle lies 2 hours walk from the city center or 15min by train. But other then that you get what you Pay for

Outre certains clients hautement désagréables, mal élevé et meme violent, le personnels était tres polis, respectueux et accueillant. J’ai aussi fait la connaissance de personnes très gentilles avec qui j’ai parlé toute la soirée et qui ont pu rendre mon séjour agréable. Les installations sont adéquates dans l’auberge et les moyens de transport sont plutôt compliqués.

Be aware that the hostel is in Colomiers, a bit far from Toulousse city center. If you are coming from the airport at night likely you will need to get a taxi to arrive. The reception is just between 2pm and 11pm if you have any queries out of hours probably you won’t find someone to assist you, but the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Big room with toilet and shower included. Comfy bed, shower and linen good. Not the easiest location by public transport. The whole hostel could do with a spring clean, especially the kitchen. I would class it more as a halfway house but it was safe and the room clean enough. The guys outside were drinking and very noisy until midnight most nights.

Nice hostel. Need to take your own lock for lockers. It’s a bit out of the city centre. I arrived after core hours and they were super helpful getting me the right information to enter the hostel.

The hostel is very far from the city centre, it takes almost 50 min to get there and the area isn't very trustworthy. The staff was nice but not very motivated. The room and the bathrooms were big and most of the time clean. The atmosphere in the hostel wasn't great. I had the feeling that most of the other travellers stayed there for a longer time and weren't interested in connecting with each other. I wouldn't go there again.

Had an ok stay at this hostel. The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. What I did not like is that the dorm doors are not locked (security/privacy issue). The shower and toilet facilities were quite old and not very clean. There is a shared kitchen and common area but the atmosphere was a bit strange and not very clean. Note that the location of the hostel is not very central and it takes a 15min walk to the train station and a 20min train drive to the city center.

A nice place to stay if you enjoy being out of the city near some trees. The guests were a mix of local people and travellers and the staff were lovely. Best to be proactive if you want to do any washing here, as they have a small team of staff and only one machine. Kitchen facilities are useful and they provide a fridge for your food. Spacious 6 bed female dorm.
