+ Rien du tout, J'ai été victime d'un vol de mes souliers. Je dépense de l'argent pour être volé dans la résidence de capsules. Je regrette d'avoir été là .
- On m'a volé mes New Balance acheté chèrement dans la résidence. La résidence n'a pas pu m'aider à retrouvé qui c'est. Je suis venu avec mais retourné de la résidence sans chaussure. C'est juste affreux. Aucun support ni dépannage ne m'a été offert, ni les gérants, ni le directeur de la résidence ne pouvait m'aider. J'étais venu dans une résidence de voleurs sans le savoir.

- No A/C, two start members were nice the rest rude or looks dead inside, the other people living in the other units are selfish and aren’t considered of others. One guy cough the entire time through the night while I was there. Others loud at early hours. Others have poor hygiene.
Je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité, les capsules ne se fermaient pas à clé. De plus la cuisine n'est pas encore terminée donc c'est pas possible de cuisiner dedans.
I didn't feel safe, the capsules didn't lock, and the kitchen wasn't finished yet, so it's not possible to cook in it.
they put my clothes inside plastic bag just because I was not at the hostel at morning to do check out, that's very rude and not professional, at at least they should call me by phone to ask me at any hour will back

- Ventilations bruyantes ainsi que les portes qui claquent. Manque de portes manteaux dans les douches
+ The location is good.. the building is pretty aesthetic and beautiful from outside and inside.. everything is new and clean.. the concept is unique and smart .. the staff is so professional and friendly.. u feel the warmth.. it felt so cool to have discussions with people from different backgrounds.. I met new friends i'm glad .. i will come back for sure 🥰

- Capsules are cozy but breathing was harder than in a normal hotel room because they are closed and air quality is poor. Need better ventilation and humidity control. Also washrooms could be cleaner.
+ Personnels toujours disponibles et réponds à nos questions. Toujours là pour rendre service. Hôtel proche de toute commodités. Capsule propre et très bien équipée.
+ Easily accessible, near to the metro station
- Toilets could have been better (no hangers, carpet)

The capsules are really good, only down is the mattress is a little thin. The kitchen is one of the worst ones I have ever seen, but you can make it work. Their food locker system is dumb, but eh. I m not sure if the bathrooms get cleaned more than once a week, as there has been paper all over the floor of the one upstairs for a few days now. But the showers are great. If you capsule is on the third floor your locker is on the ground floor, which is very annoying.

+ Everything. The pods are super clean . The staff super friendly and the atmosphere was awesome.

+ Tout est très bien équipé, je n’ai jamais vu ça dans ce genre d’établissement. Tout est très propre, le personnel est aux petits soins. L’emplacement est très bien.
