La cocina es nefasta ,sucia , tienen utensilios muy sucios y desgastados , solo tienen una hornalla eléctrica para que la gente pueda cocinar , el refrigerador es muy chico y no da a basto con las cosas de los huéspedes . Las camas son durísimas y la limpieza de las habitaciones no es muy frecuente.

This hostel is ok. But their dynamic pricing is an abuse. Any hotel, hostel, or B&B can implement this dynamic pricing to profit slightly more from demand. But they abuse this practice. I paid 400% more for a Dorm bed. I was incredulous when my roommates told me how much they paid (with breakfast included), and I spent four times more without breakfast. Honestly, that is obscene. The staff is excellent, but I won't give a good review of a property with abusive practices.

It wasn't fun for me staying at the hostel and I felt misleaded. No window in the dorms, no hand soap in the sink, tiny and bad showers. Wifi not working in dorms. Stuff - not helpful and nice. Did not told me about anything going on, activities, where things are, didn't willed to help. No kitchen, no smoking. Not enough drinking water to fill (always takes couple hours to change the can) Tiny dishes (that cost a lot) at the restaurant. Not a hostel environment. I'm not recommending at al...

ackpackers beware! If you’re looking for atmosphere, comfort, reliable internet and/or kind staff, move on. This hostel wins the cake of worst in Latin America. Unbelievably rude staff who had earplugs in, listening to music while checking us in. No, “hey welcome”, no “ah! Where are you guys from?”, just “passports required for check-in”. The beds are uneven, and horribly uncomfortable. The required contract includes loads of additional fees as well, avoid avoid avoid

For quite a pricey hostel - it didn't feel worth the cost. I booked it for the advertised coworking space, but it turned out to be just a table in the center of the hostel with a few outlets and basic chairs. It’s more of a common area than a functional workspace, so working there for long hours was uncomfortable. The hostel is clean and offers plenty of activities, but the Wi-Fi in my room barely worked which was frustrating and the shower was weak and unpleasant.

It's a very nice hostel, each day there's multiple activities so always plenty to do. The staff are super friendly and there rooms are great. My only issue was the price - I paid around 750 pesos for a dorm which is way more than I'd been paying in hotels in the same area. It was a holiday weekend though there's just nothing there to justify that price - the Wifi didn't reach the dorms and the bathrooms didn't even have soap. I checked other dates and the price seems a bit more reasonable

Positives: I slept great here. Clean, comfortable, convenient location. Good Activities on offer. Negatives: I was charged 600 pesos for changing a 3 night reservation to a day later. I should have said nothing and booked an extra night upon arrival. I alerted the booking team by email (twice), whatsapp and even instagram in the days before the cut off date and didnt receive an official response. I have followed this up since leaving, still no response.

Cool hostel but our room didn’t have any ventilation so it got very warm and stuffy in there. I paid extra for the breakfast included but that wasn’t worth the money at all - 2 small pancakes or a small plate of chilaquiles.

Went for cinco de mayo hostel was social and had tons of events. It’s so cute and tons of seating areas. I was in a 4 bed female dorm the first two nights then moved to an 8 bed mixed. The 4 bed was so clean, very comfortable beds and spacious. The 8 bed the mattress was hard and bathrooms were quite gross.

No faults with this hostel, the free walking tours were super informative and a good day out, we decided to do the volcano hike which was 100% worth the money, a box of pasta , bottle of water, gatorade and snacks were supplied by the hostel. The location is ideal.

Awesome hostel! The rooms and beds were so clean and the curtains, plugs, and shelf in each dorm bed were great. Staff was really helpful and let my store my bag all day after I checked out.

Fantastic hostel. We got an upgrade to a beautiful suite which had well above average facilities, even for a boutique hostel. Best location and there are organised events. Staff very helpful when we lost a bank card in our room. Promptly found by diligent cleaning staff and returned to us. Great stay, great value.

Pros: amazing location, decent sized room, mostly friendly staff, good attached restaurant and most of the staff were great. Cons: the shower had next to no pressure, no AC in the room despite having paid for it and only one of the 3 staff members we talked to resolved our issue of getting another fan in the room to make up for the lack of AC (the female front desk staff member completely ignored my request when I asked her twice).

Excelente lugar para hospedarse. Me encantaron tanto la comida como la habitación; todo es muy práctico y está súper bien ubicado en el centro. Sobre todo, quiero agradecer a los chicos de recepción, ya que estaba lastimada de la mano y no dudaron en ayudarme. ¡Los quiero mucho!

A nice hostel, very near to the historical center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hostel offers various activities, which is amazing! The dormitory where I was - was clean, the small things in it made a huge difference: the lights where the bed is and also the light inside the locker The bathroom was big and nice too, equipped with soap, shampoo and shower gel. Definitely recommend it.

Lovely hostel! Julian is so great, super helpful, he recommended amazing veggie places to eat for me. And they have really nice social activities and day trips. The onsite cafe is great to grab food and drinks, and the bedrooms are super spacious with pod style beds including privacy curtains, sockets and a little lockbox in addition to big lockers for bags.

Een van de mooiste hostels waar ik ooit ben geweest zit op een goede centrale locatie, het trekt wat meer oudere reizigers dus de sfeer is hierdoor minder party wat geen slecht iets hoeft te zijn. Ik ben hier met de werknemers uit geweest en het was een zeer goede avond verder hele mooie badkamer en zeer fijne slaaphokjes

Excellent hostel! Clean, with incredibly friendly staff who offer plenty of free activities and hikes to the surrounding volcanoes. There's a small restaurant/bar attached to the hostel that serves good breakfasts. It's close to the city center. I felt very comfortable from the start and made friends through the many activities offered by the hostel. All in all, I highly recommend it. I even had to book an extra night!! :)

everything was fantastic ! i had an amazing stay here & all the free walking tours honestly made it even more worth it! the staff was fantastic! the only problem was that was the worst wifi i have ever had in any hostel so if you have to do a lot of work online, this may not be the best place. other than the wifi i do not have a single complaint! beds were comfy, rooms were cleaned & vibes were great!

Really social and fun hostel. Recommend Jose’s walking tour to get to know the city and meet people in the hostel. Staff were friendly and helpful and even took us on a night out. Nice beds and en-suite! We had a great time and ❤️puebla

The facilities are awesome, the free activities are amazing, and the staff are really nice and helpful. It wasn’t as social as I hoped it to be. But honestly, the staff is doing their best in order it to be social.

A very nice place to stay. Has lots of activities such as hiking, free tours of Cholula and much more. The staff are amazing. And the atmosphere is good, a good place to meet other travellers

Lovely hostel located in a great part of the city. Staff are lovely, especially Julian at the desk who was incredibly helpful and warm! Highly recommend

One of my favorite hostels I've stayed in. It was such a easygoing place, you could join in all the different activities, work at one of the cozy places or just wander about by yourself. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The only thing I would change is that you couldn't open the windows in the room. It got pretty warm during the night, even though outside it was cool. But it was ok to sleep. I stayed in the 6 person, female dorm, joined on the Cholula walking tour and the happy hour.

Tout était parfait, je me suis sentie comme à la maison dans cet hostel confortable, propre et accueillant. Les gros points positifs sont les activités organisées (dont beaucoup sont gratuites) : des tours, des cours de danse, etc. Avec des guides aussi intéressants que sympathiques ! Le bar de l'hostel est aussi super ! J'ai passé un excellent séjour que j'ai même rallongé, et ce, grâce à cet hostel et son personnel. Allez-y les yeux fermés et participez aux activités proposées !!...

Also prinzipiell ist die Lage sehr gut, das Personal super freundlich, wir haben übers Hostel eine Wanderung unternommen die war richtig gut. Leider war unser Zimmer ohne Fenster und hat muffig/ nach Abfluss gerochen. Damit waren wir leider nicht zufrieden.
