Hostal Azul Puebla

The locker is not large enough to fit even a small backpack, so be prepared that some of the bed bugs may climb into your bag after biting you all night. The place looks like it has not been cleaned in years, and the bathroom doors literally have nails sticking out towards you. None of the bedroom doors lock, it does not feel very secure. This is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in, I genuinely do not understand why many of the reviews are so positive.

Watch out: I believe many reviews (10*) come from the staff themselves. The male staff asked me if my partner and I were siblings, I said no. He asked me for my What’s App / IG, asked me if I have siblings bc he wants a German girlfriend. I was feeling very uncomfortable even my partner was there too. People (non traveler) were super drunk there. It was super dirty. They only have 1 shower working for the entire hostel with 4 hours of hot water that takes a lot of time to warm up.

One of the worst hostels I've stayed in. The staff were so rude and unhelpful. Atmosphere was terrible. The room was clean enough but the bunk beds were extremely unstable, it was also very noisy with the open window next to a noisy street. Shower and bathroom was very minimal and kind of clean. The only positive is the hostel lost my booking for 3 nights so they offered me a cheap price for a single night. Left as early as humanly possible the next morning.

Worst hostel ever! Das Hostel ist sehr dreckig, das Bad stinkt bis hin über den ganzen Flur. Die Einrichtung ist sehr veraltet. Die Küche ist sehr verdreckt und die Common area verdient den Namen nicht. Die Dachterrasse ist bis auf wenige halb kaputte Palettenmöbel komplett leer. Wir haben aus Angst vor Bettwanzen in langer Kleidung geschlafen. Außer uns war noch 1 weiterer Gast da. Selbst gratis zu teuer.

Maybe I had bad luck, but: - bathroom in ruins - toilets out of service 💩 - humidity - rooms so cold I asked to change - bad smell, not clean - extremely bad: no one was there for my check-in and out. The door was open when I arrived at midnight and they asked me to pay my stay to a room mate I didn't know (they didn't even know how much I had to pay) Don't go there, there are way better options.

Very run down. No soap in smelly bathrooms. Cockroaches in the kitchen. I heard beginning of 2022, this place was 100 peso and came with breakfast. Maybe it was worth the rating back then i do not know about now.

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und haben sich wirklich gut gekümmert, wenn man fragen hatte. ABER die Sanitären Anlagen sind wirklich nicht schön anzusehen.. wir haben uns wirklich davor geekelt dort duschen zu gehen…. Die Matratzen waren alt, durchgelegen und man hatte Federn im Rücken. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sahen auch nicht wirklich einladend aus. Das Hostel liegt zwar im „historischen Zentrum“ aber das ist wirklich keine gute Lage es ist fern ab von allem gewesen…

Bien placé dans Puebla et prix très abordable mais propreté plus que douteuse (notamment dans les salles de bain). Possibilité de laisser les bagages après check out, surveillées. Problème de sécurité : portes des chambres fermées au cadenas et impossible de la fermer de l’intérieur (je ne sais pas s’il s’agissait que de notre chambre) Personnel très gentil sinon

Buen hostal, ubicado muy cerca de Paseo San Francisco, donde esta la SRE

Fui al centro de convenciones y me quedaba bastante cerca. Bueno, bonito y barato. Muy bien

Todo muy bien. Muy buena ubicación para conocer Puebla. Ambiente agradable y buena opción en calidad-precio.

Excelente ambiente! El personal siempre estuvo muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitara. Volveré a visitar este hostal la próxima vez que venga

Teníamos reserva en el barrio alto 1 habitación privada y cuando lleguemos nos dicen que hemos de ir al del centro ya que allí no tienen, eramos los 4 clientes que haciendo reserva por hostel World no les constava en el servidor, en el del centro no pone en ningún lugar de afuera que sea un Hostel y no es el azul, llamemos 3 veces telefónicamente y 0 contestas, decidimos picar al timbre de el edificio que sale en la ubicación. Ducha caliente solo de 20h a 22h y una ducha para todos los hu...

el precio es muy bueno pero obtienes lo que pagas. si buscas un lugar para solo dormír y bañarte aquí es, pero no esperes comodidad. tuvimos el primer día problema con el calentador de agua, no había agua caliente en el horario de baño de 8 a 10 am, sucedió que se terminó el gas. alquile una habitación privada y el colchón estaba desecho y pusieron una colchoneta arriba, pero igual al estar dormido la cama se unde hacia en medio. y la limpieza no es muy buena y se perciben ciertos olor...

Maison ancienne mais avec du caractère, c'était un super espace, je me sentais chez moi, je vivais avec beaucoup d'amis. merci auberge puebla
