It’s a bad experience in the reception/system. I came in the room and someone sleeping in my bed and my stuff are gone. I booked for a week, told them staying longterm( added another week to stay) and requested to stay in the lower bunk and the girl in the reception allowed it since the person staying in the lower bunk was leaving but when I came that evening it’s was given to someone else, which is fine but the next night I was surprise that someone already sleeping in my bed.

Reception was bad, Extremely rude white guy and short black/hispanic guy duo at reception (hoodie and cap).

Nightmare + Scam. It is not the real price. They will charge you more.

It was not a good stay for us. Got awoken at the middle of the night by the police…

It is located far from Downtown San Francisco. From the Bus Union station, where I arrived, to the hostel, I had to climb the entire time; it took me two hours to get there. The hostel has no cooking stove; it is the only one I have ever been in with no stove. It is too expensive for most people to buy takeouts or eat out everyday.

Dirty .. my roommate was drinking in the room and also smoking and it was a disaster … very unsafe ..

The worst hostel I have ever been to the manager is horrible the room was very dirty and I had Bedbugs and a roach in my bed this hostel was disgusting I did not feel safe

Alptraum! Unglaublicher Gestank im Zimmer und auf dem Flur, Fenster nicht zu öffnen, schaltet man die Klimaanlage an, kommt einem ein Schwall alter, stinkender Luft entgegen. Alt und verratzt. Sehr nettes Personal, aber NULL Entgegenkommen beim auschecken nach einer Stunde und unberührtem Zimmer! Kein Cent zurück bekommen! Keine Reaktion auf E-Mail! AUF KEINEN FALL DORT ÜBERNACHTEN!!!

very bad experience with the hostel. the staff was not nice.

They don’t write anything online about that only small cars fit in the parking lot. That meant we were driving around for hours and every time we asked the staff for help they showed us places it was not possible to park for more than 2 hours. Which didn’t help us at all. We ended up canceling our reservation

The hostel is good overall — it’s clean, organized, and comfortable. However, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. While I understand they’re not obligated to go above and beyond, I do believe a minimum level of empathy and willingness to help guests with guidance or basic tips is essential. I also experienced a very unpleasant passive-aggressive attitude from one of the women at reception. Every question I asked was answered in a rude way, as if I was bothering her.

Was a great place, everyone was so nice and the common areas were great! I definitely will come back and highly recommend it

Mi único comentario es que el desayuno está muy básico, anteriormente me había quedado en otros hostales e incluyen algo de proteína como el jamón, huevo, dar cereal y leche. Por el precio del hospedaje, creo que podrían incluirle algún producto más.

Loved it so much, I decided to come back for an extra night! Great atmosphere, vibes, and staff. This will be my go-to place for whenever I come back to San Francisco! ❤️

Horrible customer service. Horrible front desk staff. Great location. Horrible beds. Great patio and breakfast.

Paid for a private room & the front desk girl gave us a key to someone else's room. We got that sorted out and moved on. When we checked out, I felt very offended as a guest. Myself and other guests have been waiting 30min - 1 hour in the lobby. No one was there to check in or check out. It was 11am and finally after talking to the cleaning lady someone finally showed up but spoke very rude to me and put me to the side like a child. Basically blaming or making me I did the wrong to find someone

Wonderful staff , kind / patient/ knowledgeable & understanding!!! Excellent vibe in the communal area(s). If it's empty, or packed. Every food known to man & woman ! Is nearby (plus all the extra goodies & sites) And God is good , so let's remind ourselves. Thank you, see you again, and will definitely recommend to any and all .

The hostel in SF was very nice. Great location, nice common area, comfortable beds. They even served a small breakfast every day. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Meiya again. She went the extra mile and organized a delicious Thanksgiving meal for me so that I could experience this American tradition!

This is a great spot! My bed was super comfortable, The location on Lombard St. is great. It was a smooth process to go from SFO to the hostel via BART and a bus. Several of the staff members at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Free coffee is also always a win! Thank you for everything, and if I find myself back in SF or for an event in San Jose, which is why I was here(the amazing NWSL Final!!!), I'll be back.

I stayed in a private en-suite and it was perfect for my 3 day stay! Spacious bedroom and bathroom and the location was very close to everything I needed. It also has parking and that was a plus!

Best hostel I've been at so far. It's basically a hotel. Everything was super clean, great beds, great facilities. It's not a party hostel if you look for that, but it's a wonderful hostel if you just need a quite place to be in and even work a bit. Highly recommend it

The hostel has great security and everything is super well organized. The rooms are spacious and comfortable!

Cleaning staff were great but the guys in the front desk need to work on their attitude. Location was great, security could be better, my door didnt have a lock. Not a very social hostel, good if you want a quiet and chill stay but nit so great if you’re trying to meet new people

Un lugar agradable, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Cerca a la costa y bien conectado con el transporte público. Se demoraron un poco en hacer el check-in pese a que llegamos pasada la hora. El desayuno puede mejorar bastante ya que es demasiado básico.

Best experience with my mom! Late night staff are sweet and professional and I enjoyed the lobby and patio
