HORRIBLE personnel that works here! They didn’t let me enter at 4am to wait inside the hostel (bus arrived 3h earlier than planned) bc it’s their rule and left me alone in the dark in the street. When I asked if they could share their WiFi so I can find a place to go they told me they’re gonna call the police if I don’t leave. Next day owner came to me and said she doesn’t care and it’s my problem if I’m a woman alone in the night. Besides very nasty, has cockroaches and things be...
Sinceramente, no vale la pena por el precio. Hay mejores opciones en Palenque, sin mucha diferencia de precio. Cucarachas en la habitación. Cocina con utensilios inusables. Por ultimo, pregunté a la dueña si me podian guardar la mochila el dia del check out y me dijo que si, sin problema (como la gran mayoria de los hosteles), pero a la tarde me quisieron cobrar por el servicio, siendo que no se me habia explicado nada. Se de otros huespedes con experiencias peores con el personal del hostel...
