Be careful about the prices over there and service fee, it's a mystery information, hidden somewhere behind the bar !!

Terrible service, staff were unwelcoming and rude, talks down to clients! Don’t recommend going to their bars and restaurant, if you’re not a guests of the hotel they don’t give you the time of day. Never coming back again.

I ordered two dishes and a cocktail, but since there was a team dinner upstairs and almost no seats left, we sat a little lower down in front of the swimming pool. The first time, a male waiter brought the cocktail, but he spilled it everywhere I didn’t really mind and just asked him to bring some tissue. Choose this place if u are less than 25 years old It’s not an hotel. No service for luggages. No fridge no welcoming water no coffee no chairs and table on the balcony. U have to pay every time u order something at the bar and at the restaurant. Crazy boum boum music. 90% of the staff don’t speak English and 90% of the customers are foreigners. Food is so so. This is a newly renovated hotel with a great location—quiet and beautiful. However, many facilities are still incomplete. This is my own experience of staying at Mad Monkey Koh Sdach (Feb 20-22, 2026) 1). Missing Pillows: We arrived to find no pillows on two of our beds. Aren't you expecting guests? The best mad monkey I’ve been to, the island is super fun and I reccomend the E scooter tour for just $10, gives you a tour of the whole island plus the most amazing sunset. Will was super helpful and Accomodating. Made my time here even better !

Le lieu est magnifique. Les chambres spacieuses et propres. Le seul point négatif est le management a l'americaine. Self servce au bar et paiement à la commande. On se croirait au Mc Donald. Le personnel est par contre très sympathique.

Le lieu est vraiment beau, piscine, jaccuzi etc. En revanche, pas de wifi dans le resort, dans la chambre deux douches, mais des qu’une est utilisée il n’y a plus d’eau pour l’autre et l’eau de la douche s’évacue au bout d’une heure. Had a great time, unreal rooms and restaurant, really good fun. Especially Will and Ponzi who made the whole experience so much more fun!! Definitely recommend

The nicest hostel I’ve been, more like a resort with affordable price. A pleasant surprise! Great facilities (sauna, steam, gym and even large private beach and pier), activities, and service. The Staff was very nice and helpful, especially Ponleu. I’ll be back for sure when in Koh Sdach!

Absolutely amazing experience, everything is so clean and tidy. Got an unreal ice bath, sauna, steam room and pool. The staff are so nice and friendly, especially Will the rep he knows how to party and get everyone involved.

Un vrai coin de paradis : je devais rester 2 nuits, j'ai rallongé d'une nuit et j'aurais vraiment voulu rester plus longtemps ! C'est la meilleure auberge que j'ai eue de tout mon voyage, ultra confortable, propre, le staff (Kevin, Harry, et toute l'équipe Cambodgienne) est adorable et proactive, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un moment incroyable (plage, piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport, soirées à thème..). N'hésitez plus, foncez !!
