La habitación tenía muy mal olor…no pude dormir en toda la noche 😕

Don't book! We booked online a room for 2 persons. It was confirmed. When we arrived late in the evening, no one knew anything about our booking due to alleged server problems on Hostelworld's part. Instead we were offered two beds in a bunk bed in a sharing room. The booking couldn't be canceled and instead of getting help we had three people shouting at us at the same time. We didn't get the deposit paid back. Nevertheless, it was overall unkempt, unclean and in poor condition.

The hostal has a constant bad smell to it and also big safety problem with the front door: only staff members can open it and is no way to leave if they are out! The general vibe of the hostal is that it’s lived in by a specific group of people and if you’re not one of them, you are a nuisance! The dorm is a large shared room which, if you’re looking for sleep, is annoying as it’s open and attached to the social area and can hear everything being said or any music…ALL night! When I ...

Poor internet connection, not a very clean place. No proper illumination and ventilation in the bedrooms.

Tpaleta była brudna, włosy na podłodze, zlew także brudny, ubikacja zasikana i śmierdząca. Kuchnia także, garnki brudne. Wolontariusze którzy tam pracują, nie pracują, tylko siedzą i oglądają youtube. Byłem w wielu hostelach, i tak brudnej łazienki nie widziałem. Powinni ją sprzątać codziennie przynajmniej dwa razy, przy tak dużej liczbie gości. Ale najwidoczniej maja nas gdzieś i liczą się tylko pieniądze w kieszeni. A to że personel jest miły, nie ma żadnego znaczen...

Personal war erst weit nach den angegebenen Rezeptionszeiten vor Ort. Da man keinen eigenen Schlüssel bekommt, kommt man nicht hinein, wenn die Rezeption unbesetzt ist. Wenig Platz zum Kochen, kein Frühstück vorhanden, Gemeinschaftsräume nur auf der Dachterrasse

Très bonne ambiance ! L’équipe est adorable et arrangeante, tout comme le gérant. Elvis est un super guide dans le coin, il connaît toutes les meilleures adresses dans son quartier Barranco et dans toute la ville. Nombreux services dont des petits dejs pas chers et location de carte sim peruvienne et carte de transport métropolitain. Seul bémol on a eu une chambre très humide mais dès qu’on leur en a dit on a pu changer.

This whole place seems very poorly run. The room wasn't well cleaned and smelled odd. What was most concerning was that the hostel locks from the inside, and in order to get let out, you need a staff member to open the door for you. This would be fine if there was someone there consistently, but this is not the case. We almost missed our ride to the airport because no one was there to let us out in the morning, and overall it was just a concerning fire hazard.

Très bon hostel, bien placé les volontaires sont agréables et font tous pour que vous manquiez de rien. Il est très bien placé pour visiter les quartiers touristiques de lima et il est aussi possible de récupérer un sim des l'arriver. Je recommande

Super nice! Elvis the owner amazing person!

Nice hostel, I have extended another week! I have a single en suite room, comfy bed. Nice people. The location in Barranco was good for me, I walked down to the malecon and beach and Miraflores almost daily. Pretty quiet for sleeping.

Great value for money and in a really good location. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the hostel has everything you need, including a kitchen and bike rentals. Comfortable stay and I’d definitely come back.

Está bien ubicado, cerca de la avenida principal de Barranco. Tiene buen espacio común en la terraza, pero muy chiquito el espacio de la cocina/comedor.

Cerca del centro de Palma, limpio, seguro y con personal simpático

Awesome stay. Only thing I would say is the breakfast is not worth it, tiny and so many great options nearby, but you don’t have to buy it and it’s free the first day. Mixed dorm bed feels crappy when you sit on it but honestly was pretty comfy to sleep on. Upstairs space is nice. Not a party scene if that’s what you want, it’s too small. I met some great travelers.

I had a mixed Hostel experience in Passion Hostels Barranco, here's why: the good: lovely rooftop terrace, good vibes and nice breakfast, super friendly staff and a good location in Barranco the bad: basically the dorm room. It was shady and sticky, the toilets ventilate inside the room, no real windows, weird shady vibes of some guests so no good sleep in the night and sockets are placed randomly in the room. the sum: nice hostel if you don't go for the dorm :)

Great hostel with super fun, nice, and helpful staff! The vibe here is very chill and it’s in a sweet, boho chic neighborhood. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Lima.

Komme immer wieder gerne in dieses Hostel, weil die Atmosphäre sehr familiär ist. Man trifft auf sehr offene, nette Leute aus aller Welt. Auf der liebevoll gestalteten Terrasse kann man sich außerdem zurückziehen, wenn man es benötigt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um entweder mit dem Metropolitano in andere Stadtteile zu fahren oder den schönen Stadtteil Barranco zu erkunden.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a nice spot to unwind for a few nights in a cheap private room. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I recommend!

Lugar económico y con buen ambiente. Los chicos de recepción nos ayudaron muchísimo y siempre estaban al pendiente. Muy buenas vibras!

Todo perfecto. La ubicación del hostal es muy buena y hay una terraza cómoda. Los empleados son muy amables y el desayuno es riquísimo. :)

I had a great time and would recommend it absolutely. The volunteers are amazing guys, and the hostel is in a very good spot.

The staff were wonderful and the private rooms clean and top notch but the bunk room on the ground was awful. Always open, damp smell, another private room attached to the back which was strange, hostel mess etc. it’s in a great location though.
