De accomodatie was erg vies. Zo smerig, dat we er niet hebben verbleven.

Unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit sehr schade das man sich nicht willkommen fühlt. Sehr schmutzig im Bad und Dusche Haare überall,Essensreste im Waschbecken und es stinkt nach Urin im ganzen Bad wirklich eklig.

The staff first played it very friendly with us, but then flat-out lied, claiming budget boats to Yangshuo were sold out, only to push us into pricier options and another night at their hostel. We later discovered plenty of seats were available. When confronted, they suddenly “found” tickets again, at an inflated price. Dishonest, manipulative, and deeply disappointing.

The staff is what makes this hostel great with out a doubt. They were so nice to help us with anything whether that was transportation, attractions or day to day “stuff”.

the rooms and bathroom weren't clean and didn't look as on the photos. However the staff is amazing in this hostel, more than open to help and always down for a talk. So all the credits to the staff (and the boss).

Warm welcome with lots of tips by the evening receptionist. Big room with A/C and lots of amenities. Bed was ok, duvet is a bit small for 2. Poor noise insulation. Breakfast for 30¥: toasted bread, 2 eggs and slices of bacon with coffee. Very expensive for what you get and cold. The girl at the reception was trying her best but would benefit from some training in hospitality as well as English lessons (instead of smoking and playing video games..). Elephant Trunk Hill isn't free but 55¥/pax

The people who work in the hostel are very sweet, and there is a lively atmosphere, especially for a hostel in China. They organize tours, dinners and are very engaged with their guests. When it comes to hygiene, the hostel could improve. The photos are clearly from a while ago, and it was pretty cold in the common room so people would sit with their jackets on a lot, which gave a weird vibe. Also, we had a cockroach in the room which made the sleeping experience uncomfortable.

helaas dat het ontbijt niet erg werd aangeprezen/uitnodigend. terwijl er wel een goed ontbijt zou worden geserveerd. in de avond erg gezellig en uitnodigend om deel te nemen aan activiteiten. het was erg koud de dagen dat ik er was, te koud in de badkamer. een heater hier was fijn geweest. in de dorm was het heerlijk warm! erg vriendelijk personeel! welke graag mee ging in de omgeving.

The staff is so nice, they organise every evening a dinner all together. The dormitory is normal, nothing special

This place is wonderful. If you're looking for that social, family vibe this is the choice for your stay in Guilin. I ended up extending 2 nights because I was enjoying it here so much. Staff speak good English and will treat you like life long friends. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Lovely small hostel with the most helpful and kind crew I’ve ever encountered. Great place to meet people. Definitely recommend!

Have never stayed in a hostel that makes everyone stay there feel like one big family. Super sociable and the organised dinners make it easy to meet people. Shout out to Anna and Ellen for making my time there super fun

Great hostel, people are friendly and it's very social. The kittens were adorable too :). Definitely recommend to stay here when in Guilin.

Love this place. The staff were great and attentive, and the bed was quite comfortable as well. The cats and dog were a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

I just stayed at an amazing hostel where Joe, the host, is incredibly kind and helpful with anything you need. I arrived around 9:30 PM on Chinese New Year and barely had time to drop my backpack in my room before joining the celebrations. I honestly can’t recommend this hostel enough — a perfect 10/10!

I would defo recommend this hostel. The best how to celebrate Chinese new year I could possibly imagine.

Great place to stay! The staff were amazing and so helpful. Clean and tidy, they had dog and cat and kittens!! Bit of a walk from town but taxis are super cheap.

The staff was so helpful and fun! Had a great stay here, met some great people, and got to explore Guilin!

Well located hostel with lots of events and games going on. The place has good laundry and very helpful staff.
