The photos are not accurate. This place is a rats nest. It's filthy. The dust in the room was so thick, when I breathed... I coughed. The front office has garbage stacked everywhere. A druggie was passed out on the stairwell. I paid foreign aid but was unable to stay there. I walked around the corner and found a clean place to stay. I believe my money should be refunded. Do not go to this place!
+ Central location, coffee shops and stores nearby but nothing special.
- Room door lock problems. Bed springs poking back. Old shower low water pressure. No cutlery. Loud noise outside thin window. Cheap toilet paper breaks apart. Everything is cheap. Improvement needed.

+ Es war ok. Das Zimmer war klein und zweckmäßig. Die Unterkunft sauber. Sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde es vor einem Abflug wieder buchen.
- Wir haben es selbst nach 4 Wochen Borneo mit verschiedenen Duschsystemen nicht hinbekommen das warme Wasser anzubekommen. Wir hatten aber auch keine Zeit zu fragen da wir auf Grund unseres Fluges um 3 Uhr losfahren mussten.
+ de locatie is erg centraal en midden in het centrum en dicht bij de zee. Overal in de buurt restaurants en winkels/ supermarkt.
- Het was een kamer zonder ramen. voor 1 persoon te doen voor 2 personen te krap vanwege je bagage. Het matras was erg dun en slecht. Paracetemol moeten slakken vanwege mijn rug.

- Stanza molto piccola, rumorosa e priva di mobilia o appoggi. Molto scomodo starci più di una notte
+ Come rapporto qualità/prezzo ci può stare, da valutare solo per brevi soggiorni. Il bagno essenziale. Wi-Fi, aria condizionata e acqua calda presenti.
- La stanza è veramente piccola, troppo scomoda per soggiorni superiori ai 2 giorni. Le asciugamani e le lenzuola erano macchiate, in generale il livello di pulizia non proprio il massimo.
+ Definitivamente la ubicación fue lo mejor. Después bien para un día. No me quedaría allí una larga estancia. Pero nada tiene que ver el personal, son muy amables!!!
- Había muuuuuchas hormigas. Y poco espacio para apoyar las cosas.

+ Man hat alles was man braucht im Zentrum von Kota Kinabalu. Überaus nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.
- Zwischen 23 und 00 Uhr kommt nächtlich die Müllabfuhr. Lange Zeit großer Lärm!
+ Perfect position, clean room, always cold water refill, shower was nice.
- Bed was very uncomfortable, you can feel the metal net all over your body. Room too small, hard even to open the suitcases. But ok for few nights

+ This was in a very central place and had a comfortable bed.
- We chose a cheaper windowless room but the lighting wasn't great and it felt a little small.
