Worst hostel experience! - Dirty mattress cover, got replaced with a more dirty cover (e.g. toenails on it) - Hair everywhere (bed,pillow,personal space next to the mattress,….) - Suspicious reviews - Not social .. much more but short in space Could get my cash money back if I cancelled so I couldn’t leave a review. Leider nicht so gute Erfahrungen mit dem hostel gemacht. In der Beschreibung bei hostel world wurde kostenfreies gefiltert Wasser und kaffe versprochen beides gab es nicht. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht eingerichtet und es prankt ein Schild mit strafen falls man nicht spühlt. Ansich wird sehr laute unentspannte Musil gespielt und ich habe das Gefühl das man als Kunde das laufenden Geldautomaten gesehen wird. Der Mann vom Sicherheitsdienst, Andrez schaut nachts in voller Lautstärke tiktok Video...

Après casiment 1 mois en Colombie c’est le pire établissement que j’ai vu. Les photos ne ressemblent pas du tout à la réalité, les chambres sont minuscules et sales, du sable partout. On est arrivés y avais carrément une gouttière dentaire dans la sdb. Mais c’est loin d’être le pire je me suis réveillée avec en face un homme totalement nu je suis allée me plaindre et 0 réaction de la part de l’équipe il a fallu se plaindre 3 fois pour qu’ils daignent nous changer de cha...

Filthy hostel. The dorm room was smelled absolutely foul, it was SO small people didn’t know where to put their packs. There were random people in some of the bunks that got let in by guests which made us feel unsafe. The sheets were ripped and stained, some of the bed fans didn’t work. Breakfast was huge and tasty, which saved it a bit for us!

Cramped concrete rooms unbearably hot,couldnt stand to be in there so sleeping is impossible -sweat so much but no free drinking water. Most fans dont work&whole room caked in old thick dust on fans,walls and chicken wire windows.Bathrooms dirty with old bars of soaps, hair and dust. No social atmosphere,most volunteers not friendly even on a basic courtesy level&being forced to listen to the volunteer couple in the dorm with teenage over the top kissing was uncomfortable,gross Good break...

Le staff est top avec un bon accueil et une belle énergie. Mais après avoir passé une nuit horrible et choppé des punaises de lit, blindée de piqûres j’annonce mon départ anticipé. Réponse de l’équipe ? « ah oui en effet ce n’est pas la première fois que l’on nous le dit ! En tout cas la nuit qu’il reste est payée et on ne fait pas de remboursement. » Sympa mais on a connu mieux

The dorms feel a bit like a prison. Look nothing like the pictures and in my room it seemed every bed had a broken fan so I had to move 3 times in one night to one that eventually had a working but very noisy fan, but no working light (the rooms are all concrete and super hot). Rooms are pretty cramped too, doesn’t feel like enough space for the amount of people. I stayed one night and then moved to a different hostel down the road. Plus side is free breakfast & you could easily meet people.

The breakfast was good and the staff was nice but it was dirty everywhere and the rooms are unbearably hot because the fans didn‘t work. It was also really loud in the night

DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS! Very run down, bunks are dark and dingy. Kitchen and breakfast are great but the place seriously needs some touch ups.

We stayed a couple of days in freesoul hostel. The beds are comfy and you have some privacy. The staff is nice and helps with every question. The breakfast is really good! It’s located at the main street, so you can reach everything really easy.

this was the first place booked when arriving in palomino. it was good for a couple of nights, but then moved after checking out some other places. there's not much of a vibe.

For the price, it was a very good hostel : nice staff and localisation and very good breakfasts. However, I think there weren’t enough bathrooms and showers for all the dorms, which made them get dirty very quickly. (2 showers and 2 toilets only)

Freesoul es un hostal muy bonito, con mucha naturaleza, está super bien ubicado en toda la mitad de la calle principal de Palomino, se puede cocinar🥳tiene una hermosa energía! Lo mejor de su hostal es la vibra de todas las personas, los voluntarios, Satiii y Pepa😻🐶las más tiernas y hermosas de todo el hostal! …Los desayunos de Betty Son deliciosos!! Gracias Freesoul por permitirme vivir una experiencia tan bonita en Palomino!

lovley place frendly staff not far to walk from the beach. The beds are really comfy and the free breakfast is really good, you gget a choice of waffels panckaes or eggs and arpepas. perfect place if you want somewhere to relax buy the beach

Es un lugar hermoso, habitaciones con colchones muy buenos , con cortina en mi cama , luz , ventilador solo para mi . En los cuartos no se escucha ruido porque es alejado del área social. Me tome un capuchino delicioso , el staff es muy amable y para mi esto es lo más importante porque perdí mi billetera en la playa y me ayudaron mucho para encontrarla . 10 /10

Un lugar espectacular y muy económico para todo lo que viví . Volveré feliz . 10/10

Todo excelente en el hostel, lo super recomiendo, tiene buenas promos en bebidas y sus desayunos exquisitos.

I absolutely loved my stay at your hostel! The vibe was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was so easy to meet other travelers. It really felt like a community, not just a place to sleep. A huge thank you to the staff for making it such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!
