+ Me gustó la atención, el ambiente familiar y la amabilidad de los empleados.
- Bueno, me parece bastante incomodo que pagando por una habitación con piscina no podamos usarla ya que había gusanos peludos a los al rededores. Entonces no podíamos salir y tampoco se podía estar adentro porque pasamos el día sin luz. Quizás a mucha gente le de igual los gusanos, pero para personas con fobia prefiero quedarme en mi casa, se que es el lugar de ellos pero podrían mejorar fumigando ya que por el precio seria lo justo. porque nadie quiere pasar un mal rato o hasta enfermermarse porque hasta el personal que nos ayudo tenía miedo de tocarlos.
- Het verbaasde mij dat Caso Pavo Real zulke goede recensies heeft. Als je geen backpacker bent is het verschrikkelijk. Het was in slechtste hotel in de afgelopen 3 weken rondreizen in Colombia. De algemene ruimtes en de privé kamers zijn niet schoon en verouderd. Bij de matrassen komen de springveren er door heen. Het was ooit een leuk hostel/hotel denk ik. Maar door slechte onderhoud en schoonmaak in een slechte staat geraakt. Daarnaast had de jongen die ons incheckte een slechte houding, helemaal niet behulpzaam. Toen wij vroegen voor de wifi code en waarom de wifi niet werkte. Kregen wij het antwoord bij mij werkt het wel en werden we uitgelachen. Wij hebben na 1 nacht een ander hotel geboekt en hebben alleen ontbeten in het resort.

- Hello, we spent three nights at this property and paid for the One Bed Bungalow. On the first night we found bedbugs in our room (Room 8) - they moved us to a much smaller room (with a lower price per night and dead cockroaches on the walls) for the evening and said they would look into the issue. We found bed bugs in our luggage after being moved. We did not see any pest inspector come to the property and they moved more people into the same room while we were staying there. We were then moved into a new room for our second and third night, but they did not offer to clean our belongings to ensure that we did not spread the infection. We had to insist they did this, and we were left with nothing to wear except a t-shirt each. They assured us our laundry would be ready the next day, but then when we went to collect it, it was sat in the same place and had not been touched and they tried to blame us saying we had not told them the clothing was ready to be cleaned which we clearly had and we never even took these clothes to our new room. We had to wait until 40 mins before checkout to receive all our belongings and they were rushing us to check out on time. In summary we spent the majority of our trip with no clothes and massively stressed about infection. We did not see them properly investigate the bed bug issue at all and they offered no compensation for the issue (not even a free drink) or a refund for the first night where we did not stay in the room we paid for. We contacted them after checking out to discuss this further so we wouldn’t have to leave a negative review but they told Booking.com that we never stayed at the hotel and therefore wouldn’t be eligible to post an honest review.

tuve una mala experiencia durante mi estancia con el robo de uno de mis pantalones cortos Nike en el dormitorio. Después de su desaparición, tenía mis dudas de que no fuera mi culpa, pero poco después de informar mi problema a la recepción, a otra chica en el dormitorio le robaron pantalones cortos Nike similares de la habitación mientras todos fuimos testigos de que él estaba colgado de una percha. otros 20 minutos antes. Esta coincidencia es improbable y creemos que sin duda hay robos.
Appalled by how we were treated here. Booked a tubing activity through the hostel - paid for 1 hour 30 minutes but received 30 minutes. The hostel and their activity partner refused to offer any solution - it was upsetting.

- La ubicación, no esta a la orilla de la playa y según la descripción está ubicado frente al mar y la mala atención por parta de algunos empleados
+ Nous avons apprécié notre passage en famille à la Casa del pavo real! Le lieu est charmant, le restaurant est bon et agréable (prévoir un long temps d’attente) et la piscine a fait la joie des adolescents! Nous avons pu y laisser nos valises le temps d’une excursion dans la Sierra Nevada. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

- Extremely overpriced. Markets itself as a boutique hotel, but give non of the amenities. It is basically a Hostel. Bathroom didn’t have proper water heat and stank of sewage.

I loved it here! I stayed in a 6 bed dorm and really loved the entire area. I liked the veggie food, the pool was nice. The hotel is more for young couples who want to relax, not for solo backpackers that want to party and socialize. It was perfect for me since I was looking for some chill days by the pool! Very clean and comfortable beds!

C est parfait pour se reposer après un bon roadtrip dans le pays - Chambre spacieuse, avec beaucoup de rangement, ainsi qu'une moustiquaire tout autour du lit - Bon petit déjeuner - La piscine qui fait extrêmement du bien - L'emplacement qui est a 10min à pied de la rue principale où il y a beaucoup de bruit
- - Manque d'éclairage public le soir pour rentrer a l'hôtel - L'odeur de canalisation dans la chambre parfois - Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche.

+ Very nice location in Palomino, close enough to the main street but not on it, so a bit more quiet. Breakfast was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the washing service option really useful! The pool area was lovely
- Yoga classes are in another location across the street. WiFi was a bit slow (as most places in Colombia in our experience)

+ What a beautiful hotel! The pool area is excellent and the gardens are just gorgeous. It really felt like we were in a little oasis. It's super quiet here, away from the main part of town. We booked a room with a private pool and loved having the option of dipping into that one when we were hot or chilling out by the larger pool. The staff were all super lovely. Breakfasts were hearty (the smoothie bowl is delicious). Filtered water provided at the kitchen for use. Would highly recommend staying here!

+ Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk en zorgde ervoor dat ik me welkom voelden. De locatie is goed en alles is makkelijk te bereiken. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel. Al met al een prettig verblijf.
