- Me tomaron reserva con el hostel lleno.tuve que dar de baja la reserva y eso me juega en contra y después me tomaron la reserva pero me mandaron al hostel de al lado que salía más caro de lo que me menciono en booking así que nunca entré a ese hostel
+ No me reconocieron la reserva, no me querían abrir la puerta, espere hasta que pude hablar personalmente, les mostré la reserva, y me dijeron no tener lugar que me retire.

+ Nada. Todo sucio y desordenado. 0 mantenimiento del lugar. El persona una desastre te atienden con cara de culo y a desgano. Las habitaciones tenés que salir afuera es como la cucha del perro pero peor. Las sábanas y cama toda sucia sin cambiar sábanas
- Todo el lugar además del personal. El que va y da algún comentario positivo pregúntale si está bien de la cabeza. Es 1000 veces mejor dormir en carpa si vas a pagar por estar en ese lugar.

Not sure how this hostel is rated so highly. It was extremely unclean (stained bed sheets, mouldy shower mats, dirty sinks etc) and had a funny smell of onions. The staff were helpful in booking the trips/tours but I think most hostels in Mendoza do that
+ The hostel needs some investment - new sheets, a deep clean, new bins in the toilet and a good paint. I don’t mind a budget hostel when it’s clean. The staff who worked there were great though - cleanliness issue likely due to owner. Private room was next to main road so very loud.

- Para el precio hasta ahora ha sido el peor lugar en el que me he hospedado, además tristemente escuché algunas entrevistas de trabajo y por lo que cobran, podrían subir un poquito más el sueldo

Good stay in Mendoza, value for money is there for sure. Not the most amazing vibe but wasn’t lacking either, would suggest.

Great location and loads of fun!
Conveniently located within a ten minute walk to the bus terminal. Easy going vibe but not overly social atmosphere. Reasonably maintained facilities with everything you need. Included breakfast was appreciated. Felt safe at the hostel and in the area, despite the dorm not having a lock.
this place is cheap for a reason! We had a private double bedroom, but the lock was temperamental, it was just off from the kitchen and courtyard where quiet hours weren’t honoured so noise and light travelled into the room and just generally unclean and unkempt. The staff tried to solve things when they could with giving us the remote to the aircon and helping with the key, but it is really in need of some maintenance

Mejor de lo que esperaba! Desayuno muy bueno, personal amable y atento! Los perritos son un plus de ambiente acogedor (: Solo le falta un refrigerador más grande y que aprovechen el espacio de la terraza
Very good breakfast, friendly and attentive staff! the puppies are a plus of a cozy atmosphere (: it just lacks a bigger refrigerator and they use the space on the terrace

+ L'espace extérieur avec la piscine est sympa et la localisation est top. C'est un vieux bâtiment mais plutôt bien aménagé pour un hostel. Il y a aussi de nombreux espaces communs. Il y a la climatisation dans les chambres.
- Ça peut être un peu bruyant car les chambres sont soit côté rue soit proches des communs mais globalement les gens sont respectueux.

+ Gran lugar! Es muy cómodo, todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones son frescas, tienen aire acondicionado y la camada muy cómoda. Ese patio y esa piscina estuvieron geniales. La ubicación es perfecta porque está junto al centro y junto al terminal. La relación calidad precio es buenísima.
