- Little and crooked room, bugs running inside, brown water in the toilet, plastic towels that doesn't get you dry

- Loin de tout. Paillote au confort rudimentaire. Douches et WC à peine utilisables. Même le sol n'est pas aménagé. Aucune isolation. J'ai été réveillé à 7h du matin par le paysan du coin qui passait sa débroussailleuse dans le champ à 20 m ...

- Ik heb er niet geslapen. Bij aankomst 2x door een wesp gestoken. Ze kwamen erachter toen ze het nest zagen. Was precies op weg naar de accomodatie. Direct gestoken door veel muggen. Ik vond het te gevaarlijk daar te verblijven

+ Would be nice if it wasn’t for the loud noise.

- It was a loud tractor outside that I woke up to and that was doing some loud work the entire day. Not able to relax unfortunately, so not the nature getaway I was hoping for. Had to move to another place.

+ The bed was comfortable

- First, I read reviews about the place and realized that this place is different and very simple. However I paid 1600 baht, and I expected to have something really special in the place, if it's vibe, atmosphere, view. It didn't meet any of my expectations. I think it is overpriced++ to the actual value.

- So so dirty. Bed weren’t comfy. Bugs everywhere, no soap, no flushing toilets

+ Solitude.

- The towels are not absorbent at all. For a price of almost 1,000 baht/night, we were surprised there’s no soap, shampoo, bottled water provided. Good thing we brought with us the free stuff provided by the previous hotel in Chang Mai. The shower room has no light bulb installed. We had to go back to our room and get our torch. Our room was not clean (check the attached photo). The fan was noisy, it needs some oiling. No hot water on our first night. It’s way too expensive. If it would have been at a more reasonable price, that’s fair. But that was not the case. We can tolerate the mosquitoes but not the unclean room. We have been to other countryside guesthouses in the region and this one was the worst! Sorry.

- The price was way too high for the small uncomfortable tiny cell i received. They shouldn't charge more then 400 bhat for what they offer.

- The manufacturer in neighbourhood, to laud and dusting in the air

+ We loved the comfortable beds and beautiful view. It was very easy to check in and we checked in early! There is electricity, a fan, and a mosquito net. We were very comfortable and got no big bites. We stayed in May and felt like the temperature was perfect with the fan- not too hot or cold. The bathrooms were clean. The whole experience was great!

+ Overall, the accommodation was amazing and truly delivered the cozy, back-to-nature atmosphere that the photos promised. The setting and the vibe of the place were lovely, and it has so much potential to be a perfect stay.

- However, the cleanliness unfortunately needs significant improvement. The kitchen sponge was extremely dirty, and the cutlery did not appear properly clean. The bathroom sink was also quite dirty, and there was a very large spiderweb in the bathroom, which suggested that the space had not been cleaned thoroughly. In the bedroom, the pillow unfortunately had mold on it, which was concerning. That said, the place itself is beautiful and has a great concept. With a proper deep cleaning and more attention to hygiene, this accommodation could easily be a 10/10 experience.

- Attention nous on n’avait pas d’eau chaude 🤣 L’intérieur du bungalow + terrace pas à 100% comme sur les photos mais ce n’est qu’un petit détail

+ La qualité du matelas et des coussins, la vue depuis la porte de la cabane

- Le débit d'eau dans les douche était trop faible. La douche que j'ai utilisée était vraiment à rénover. Il faudrait aussi rénover le chemin sur le pont en bambou. Manquait un espace commun convivial

+ It’s a nice place to run away from the city and get a bit of nature. You wake up with great rice fields view. We expected hut to be cold but surprisingly it was pretty warm at night The place is nice, 5 min drive from the city center. Recommend for one night Hot shower
