+ Nada. El lugar es una casa vieja y las amenidades eran terribles, ni el dueño contesta el teléfono cuando uno quiere consultar y mezcla negocios distintos en sus redes sociales. Dejo a dos niñas a cargo de "la recepción". El techo del cuarto era de lámina, el cielo falso estaba incompleto, el baño no tiene puerta y las camas eran viejas incluido las sábana y almohadas. No parece casa de huéspedes en lo absoluto.
- Todo. De entrada, sin contestar el WhatsApp, no se entendía cual era la ubicación y pase más de una hora dando vueltas con tal de encontrar el lugar. La mamá del dueño tuvo que llamarlo directo para que contestará el teléfono. La ubicación es céntrica pero no es fácil dar con el lugar. Todo el lugar es como ir a una casa en la ruina. No es lugar acogedor, no se siente seguro y no parece casa de acogida. Solo sin cuartos y una cocina en común. Al final es una estafa pues contactan al huésped fuera de Booking.com para pedir pago adelantado y no honrar el acuerdo de cancelación libre de pago.
Prima locatie, vlak bij het centrum. Goed warm bed gezien de koude nachten. Behulpzame eigenaar. Groot probleem is de hygiëne. Er lagen overal stofwolken en de douchen leek in maanden niet schoongemaakt: het putje was verstopt met lange zwarte haren die ook nog op de muren aanwezig waren. De vloer was glibberig. Gevolg: geen zin om te douchen. Te vies voor woorden. Er was geen wasbak en geen spiegel.
+ The hosts were amazingly nice, warm, and welcoming. They were happy to give recommendations!
- It was very dirty in the room and in the bathroom.
Room smelled like sweat, there's just one shower for the hostel which isn't clean. Staff is very friendly but they lost my sock and tshirt in the laundry, plus the clothes smelled almost worse than before being washed
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war okay, jedoch würden wir nicht wieder kommen weil wir uns leider echt nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Der sehr süße Hund hat nicht gestört, aber dafür der Hundekot welcher jeden Morgen im allgemeinen Bereich gelegen ist. Sauber war es auch nicht, die Küche konnte kaum verwenden werden. Einzig wirklich positive neben der Lage war der Host: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
The price-performance ratio was okay, however we would not come back because we unfortunately did not feel really well. The very cute Dog did not bother, but the Dog Kit which is located in the general area every morning did. Neither was Sauber, the kitchen could hardly be used. The only really positive thing besides the location was the Host: very friendly and helpful
Lovely hosts, couldn't ask for anything more from them. In terms of the facilities, i would say they are basic but adequate. The private room was good but did get cold at night and the shower doesn't drain well or quickly.
El señor de la recepción una persona muy amable, te da el room tour. Para encontrar el lugar no es comolicado pero no tiene algo que identifique cuál casa es pero tod bien. la limpieza del los cuartos no es la adecuada y del patio. Tienen mascotas 🐕🐈

hostel was rather smelly, bed sheets & room & kitchen weren‘t really clean. is run by a cute family, they could make a lot out of it but don‘t rly take care of the facilities. kitchen was aswell very dirty and a mess… :/
Very basic hostel, no hot water in the showers and not the cleanest facilities (bathroom, kitchen). Dorm room wasn’t the nicest but the bed was comfortable and it was very cheap. The owner and his family are very lovely and helpful. Location was good for central activities
they have a nice dog and 2 cats, is easy to socialize because is small place, but they don't have a place where you can rest or chill, only your bed, you arrive and you go to your bed like everyone. the family is nice and the chairs they have outside they need to be replaced to real chairs

+ I loved this place! I had a room with a private bathroom, and there was a communal kitchen. Everything was simple but very clean. It was just four blocks from the central park. The family that lived there was delightful! The other guests were also friendly, and everyone seemed to convene in the kitchen to chat and prepare food. If you are looking for thd opportunity to really get to know a Guatemalan family, this is the place to stay! For me, the best thing about Guatemala is the people, and this family was charming. For English-speaking guests, you might want to know that the adults spoke only a little English, but the kids spoke it pretty well. I will definitely stay at Casa I'X anytime I stop in Xela. .

I loved staying here! It was exactly what I was looking for and I was so happy to land here. It has the feel of a homestay. You share the kitchen with the family and they are super friendly and helpful. The room was great! Bathroom was pretty standard. Shower was very slippery at first because there was still some soap residue from being cleaned. So, be careful when entering for the first time. Turning the water flow down makes the shower more hot, which is explained in the welcome binder, but I...
We loved our time at Casa l’x, it felt like our home away from home with the lovely hosts there. Great location. Would recommend!

+ 這裡有可愛的小狗、小貓和家庭，入住時女孩用簡單的英文為我介紹環境，房間離街邊有段距離，所以不會被車聲干擾。最後我因為一些原因決定提前Check in，他們有全額退費給我，很感謝。
- 必須說和住宿本身提供的照片落差有點大，屋主一家人也住在這，所以處處是居家的痕跡，公共空間也是這個家庭的客廳，感覺像是回到阿嬤家的感覺。沒有熱水，共享浴室的設備過於簡陋。房間只有用透光的窗簾隔著，相對沒有隱私，如果是作為健行前一天歇息還可以，如果要住多天可能沒那麼適合

really nice place. the family who own property are lovely. They have 2 cats , 1 dog and 1 iguana !! The common areas could be a bit cleaner. Room was very clean though.
