Omg, really unfriendly staff. Despite the fact that you use google translate the 3 ladies present at different times at the property don’t understand or pretend that they don’t know what you are talking about, even if you bring the hot water thermos to them they won’t get you water, extremely cold at night, zero water in the shower, not clean
The property is not very clean and the doors don’t lock well. It does not help with feeling safe
Buena ubicación y habitación limpia. Tuve un problema con el agua caliente pero enseguida lo solucionaron. El desayuno simple. Para pasar una noche el hostel está bien, aunque no tiene zonas comunes para estar como una sala o zona cómoda.
Good location and clean room. i had a problem with hot water but it was solved right away. simple breakfast. for a night stay the hostel is fine, although it does not have common areas to be like a living room or comfortable zone.
This property would be the best in the warm months… I went during perus winter and there was no heat. Apart from that, no complaints but it was very cold for anyone going June-august

Aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser und es brauchte mehrere Minuten bis es warm wird. Der Laudry Service brauchte lange (16:00 abgegeben, am folge Tag erst um 21:30 fertig). Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, weswegen es recht muffig war. Es war ok für 1-2 Nächte, länger würde ich es nicht empfehlen

+ Una gran relación precio-calidad. La ubicación es muy buena, a solo dos cuadras de la Plaza de Armas. El desayuno es sencillo pero es suficiente para empezar el día. El personal fue muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones pueden llegar a ser un poco frías pero con las sábanas qué hay en la cama no pasaras frío, además de que ofrecen sábanas extra.

+ Muy cómoda y agradable la habitación; asimismo, está a una cuadra de la plaza central y eso fue genial; finalmente, la atención del personal muy amables. Gracias.

+ La ubicación es céntrica, cerca a la plaza y restaurantes. Su desayuno estuvo bien, jugos, frutas, yogurt, infusiones, café, etc y puedes repetir si deseas, el hotel cumplió nuestras expectativas y el personal fue amable.

El lugar está bien, las instalaciones también pero la cocina podría estar mucho mejor, con más elementos. El personal no fue para nada amable y servicial, solo una de las chicas. Las otras ni saludaban, no ofrecían los huevos en el desayuno, se sentó a desayunar viendo videos súper fuerte con su celular. Me pareció un mal comportamiento.
The place is fine, the facilities are fine too but the kitchen could be much better, with more elements. the staff was not at all friendly and helpful, only one of the girls. the others were not healthy, did not offer eggs for breakfast, sat down to breakfast watching super loud videos with her cell phone. i thought it was bad behavior.
