Très, très sale en particulier la cuisine, qui était dans un état inacceptable. Nous n’avons même pas pu cuisiner tant la saleté s’était accumulée partout. L’évier était rempli de plusieurs jours de vaisselle sale... La gazinière était noire de crasse, recouverte de graisse incrustée. Les surfaces collaient sous les doigts. Honnêtement, je n’ai jamais vu une auberge aussi peu entretenue et négligée.. Aussi pas d'eau chaude mais bon c'est assez commun au Pérou.
The kitchen was in a very, very dirty condition, especially the kitchen, which was in an unacceptable state. We couldn't even cook because the dirt had accumulated everywhere. The drain was full of several days of dirty dishes... The gaziniere was filthy black, covered in embedded grease. The surfaces were sticking under the fingers. Honestly, I've never seen an inn so poorly maintained and neglected.. Also no hot water but good, it's pretty common in Peru.
Hacía muchísimo frío, la temperatura de la calle llegó a -4 grados aquella noche y no había calefacción. Dormí con tres mantas y aún así pasé frío. A la mañana siguiente me armé de valor para ducharme a pesar del frío pero salían 4 chorritos de agua y jamás se calentó asi que tampoco me pude duchar. Dormí en una habitación de 8 literas y sólo había un enchufe en toda la habitación. El desayuno muy escaso. tenía otra noche reservada pero la anulé, no me volvería a quedar ...
It was very cold, the temperature of the street reached -4 degrees that night and there was no heating. I slept with three blankets and still got cold. The next morning I braced myself to shower despite the cold but 4 streams of water came out and it never got hot so I couldn't shower either. I slept in a room of 8 beds and there was only one plug in the whole room. Breakfast was very scarce. I had another night reserved but I canceled it, I would not stay in that hostel again.
Someone what neglected. Minimal cleaning and maintenance. Slightly better than average free breakfast.
Hotel pas très bien situé, propreté laisse à désirer, la cuisine était vraiment dégueulasse, il fait froid, petit déjeuner compris mais elle laisse le beurre trainer dehors toute la journée ainsi que la vaisselle. On avait acheter des tranches de jambons que l’on a ranger dans le frigo le soir, le lendemain on retrouve le jambon dans le buffet du petit déjeuner et il ne restait plus qu’une tranche dans le paquet. Ça ne vaut pas le coup d’aller dans cette hotel vraiment.
The hotel is not very well located, the cleanliness is lacking, the kitchen was really disgusting, it's cold, breakfast included but she leaves the butter outside all day along with the dishes. we would buy ham slices that we would store in the fridge at night, the next day we find the ham in the breakfast buffet and there was only one slice left in the package. it's not worth going to this hotel really.

El personal excepcional pero las instalaciones dejan bastante que desear. No están terminadas ni rematadas.
The staff is exceptional but the facilities leave much to be desired.
The rooms are more like an hotel room with multiple beds. Fine if you are staying with friends and family but when you are staying with strangers and there is nothing to cover your bed/space. (Like a drape) It’s all just open. Super wierd for an hostel. Also the worst kitchen ever- No runnig water - super dirty and very dark. The shower is cold and the knob for adjusting gives electricy shocks when touching. The blanket and bed cover is super dirty and is not being washed Inbetween visitors.
We changed hostel because we were very unsatisfied. First of all, the staff was almost never there and we could not get in touch with them. A boy playing video games served the reception most of the time. We were the only guests. The rooms were freezing cold since the windows were broken. However, the beds were equipped with woolen blankets. The showers were cold and the staff did not fill up paper in the toilets. No problems with the breakfast. The kitchen was dirty and quite dark.
El hostel es correcto por el precio/noche. Mi experiencia no fue buena ya que me quedé en la calle por más de 2 horas (no dan llave de la puerta principal y las personas que gestionan la recepción salen del hostel y queda desatendido). Además tenía desayuno incluido pero como que al día siguiente tampoco había nadie en el hostel no pude desayunar. Me sentí completamente desatendida. La habitación femenina que cuenta con 8 camas solo tiene dos tomacorriente.
The hostel is correct for the price/night. my experience was not good as i stayed on the street for more than 2 hours (no key to the front door and the people who manage the reception leave the hostel and get unattended). also had breakfast included but as the next day there was no one in the hostel either i could not have breakfast. i felt completely unattended. the ladies room which has 8 single beds has two sockets.
Nice hostel with big potential, but we were the only ones there. So no social atmosphere. It was also suuuper cold in the building at evening so we went to bed early :( but very clean.

The rooms are fine, and the hostel is clean, quiet, and in a good location. However, due to its layout, there isn’t a good common area. It’s also annoying that you have to ring the bell to get in, and sometimes you have to wait a long time for someone to open the door.

If you’re looking for a cheap private room close to the city center, this hostel is a great choice. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the shower was hot. Just keep in mind that it’s not a social hostel.
We felt very welcome in this Hostel and the staff took good care of us. They helped us booking a Tour to the swimming islands and Taquile and even adapted breakfast times for our early departure. We were the only ones staying in the Hostel, so there was not much backpacking atmosphere. We really enjoyed the quite atmosphere tho after having a more hectic time in Cusco.

The hostel is fine and breakfast is good! Not far the city centre. But we almost didn't get in cause there was no one at the reception even though we had a reservation...
Good for one night. All the tea and coffee you can drink and a decent kitchen.
The hostel itself was ok. The staff was very nice and a helpful. The breakfast was simple but ok. The room and bathroom was clean and it was very nice hot water after few minutes waiting. The only thing it was a bit annoying, that nobody opened the door after ringing a long time. After I tried to call the number was givan at Hostelworld, but it doesn't work. So I diced to go for a dinner and I hoped in that time something happened that a could go in. After I went back, the staff was there.

Es un hostel bien ubicado! Lo único es que lo tiene agua caliente. Según el propietario si, pero la habitación que me dieron salía 3 chorros de agua y tibia tirando a fría
It's a well located hostel! the only thing is that it has hot water. according to the landlord yes, but the room they gave me came out 3 streams of water and warm drawing cold

Die Lage ist gut, Hostal ist schön, holzboden, gutes Bett. Wir sind voll im Regen angekommen, dürften den garage für unsere motorräder nicht benützen, sonst in den engen Gang.... wir wollten schnell unter warme Dusche... nur kaltes Wasser, Mitarbeiter meinte er macht schnell etwas dass wir warmes Wasser bekommen... ( das schnell ist ... nächste tag geworden) Frühstück hat geheißen von 6 bis 9h, als wir ein tour um 7h gebucht haben , .... bis 6.55 ist kein Frühstück... trotzdem ho...
We are voll im Regen, we may not use the garage for our motorbikes, otherwise in the narrow alley.... we wanted schnell unter warme Dusche... nur kaltes Wasser, Staff meinte er macht schnell etwas dass wir warmes Wasser bekommen... (which is schnell ... became the next day) Breakfast has been from 6 to 9h, as we have booked a tour at 7h , .... bis 6.55 ist kein Frühstück... trotzdem hostal ist schö
Die Netten waren sehr bequem und warm! Leider ging in der ersten Dusche nicht das Wasser und in der zweiten kam erst nach sechs Minuten ein kleiner Strahl warmes Wasser. Die Familie war sehr nett und hat uns früh Morgens ein Taxi bestellt. Obwohl wir einen Tag vorher besprochen hatten, dass wir etwas früher frühstücken haben wir vor unserer Busfahrt kein Frühstück mehr bekommen. Für eine Nacht ist das Hostel okay!
The nets were very comfortable and warm! unfortunately in the first shower the water didn't go out and in the second one a small beam of warm water came only after six minutes. the family was very nice and ordered us a taxi early in the morning. although we had arranged a day before that we would have breakfast a little earlier we didn't get any more breakfast before our bus ride. for one night the hostel is okay!
