bad enough hostel to be honest

Don’t go here if you want to sleep longer than an hour. The common area was 2 meters away from my bed and busy all night long. Earplugs didn’t stand a chance… Also very small bunks, so if you’re over 1.80m you don’t really fit.

The rooms are tiny, congested and there is no ventilation. The bathrooms and toilets were also very small. I wished there were hangers in the dorm bed area, but overall I've stayed at better hostels with much friendlier staff.

It is a very small and cramped hostel, rooms are tiny with no space, absolutely boiling anywhere apart from the room, bathrooms are tiny and smell and your basically sat on the toilet having a shower so come out feeling more dirty. The rooms where not clean at all, under my bed was wrappers, old pillows and dirt, not to mention the door i slept next to which was unlocked onto a balcony which wasn’t safe and also let a lot of light in waking me up. However staff where nice and breakfast is good

The hotel was okay, but at 3 am, someone was attempting to open our door to a private room. I heard they were not only trying to break into our room but also others. It made me feel really unsafe.

Why this is rated so high I’ll never know, the rooms are absolutely filthy and disgusting, the dorms look like they haven’t been cleaned or refurbished for the last 20 years, the locker for my bed did not close. Don’t get me started on the bathroom either, there’s about 4 bathrooms (yes literally just a normal bathroom you’d have in your house toilet & shower in the same room (wet room style)) to be shared by the 100+ guests and they are absolutely filthy Only positive was the staf...

I booked the private family room hoping to get a half decent bed and tv for a couple of nights just needing a break from bunk beds. Honestly, it was disappointing. The beds were two fold out couches and very uncomfortable, the tv was not a smart tv and there was rarely any hot water. For the money I paid I wished I'd just gotten a hotel or private room off booking. despite this, the bar was good, the atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. But it's not really the place for a decent bed.

The place itself needs a proper downstairs common room and area. the beds were not the best and if you are near the stairs it is so loud with people coming up and down. i left due to ignorant people coming in drunk and waking me up. form your own decision but there are probably better places. good for the amount you pay

PLEASE DONT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. This was a NIGHTMARE. I don’t often regret my decisions, but staying here made me question my purpose of traveling and life. The place is EXTREMELY, overcrowded with people and luggages. Have you seen those videos of India trains with people just holding to their life. This place is like that. Nice hostel and good vibes at the rooftop especially at the evenings. Recommend to every travelers. Special shout out to Steve for bringing such a great vibe , his pub crawl is so fun

Ended up staying here about 5 nights. It was a really nice spot for a base to do day trips from there. Convenient location about 5 mins from walking street. Rooms were good, had lockers and plugs by the bed. Staff were always very helpful - shoutout to Steve for bringing the vibes at the rooftop bar. Free breakfast and a coffee was useful. Would recommend.

Probably one of the nicest hostels Ive stayed in in Vietnam! We stayed in the family room because it ended up working out cheaper than 4 dorm beds. The staff were very helpful and funny. Rooftop bar is great aswl with a free beer! Very easy to do tours like the cu chi tunnels through the hostel and location is very near walking street. Best part was the free breakfast

The staff here are amazing! Thank you so much to Kelvin you helped me get a great banh mi across the street my first day! Got upgraded to a nicer dorm for free which was beautiful. Very clean and AC on all the time! Free breakfast & a free beer everyday was also a huge plus if you’re on a budget! I enjoyed my stay here so much I will definitely find myself here again soon!

The staff is really nice, there is a rooftop bar where it's super easy to meet people. There are also plenty of activities that you can book at reception. located in the heart of Sài Gòn.

absolutely amazing hostel! best staff ever always doing so much for us! even made us a little breakfast pack when we had to check out before the breakfast started (free breakfast btw) free beer/water every day and the rooms are so cozy (but a little bit hot)

This is hands down the best hostel i have ever stayed in! Everyhing is clean and beds are comfortable! For a hostel, Mobylette is one of the better hostels I've stayed at. The staff is amazing. The beds are solidly conducted. The bed doesn't shake much when someone climbs the ladder, which means less disruption. If you like a social hostel (not a party hostel, though) with great staff, then Mobylette is a great choice.
