Non trustable owner. I dont recommend staying in a place where the owner lies about whats offered, cause then you dont know what to expect. The place isnt following local regulations.

Strengths: Aesthetically appealing. Weaknesses: No air-conditioning anywhere outside the rooms, and they turn off the ac during the day. Opportunities: Leave the AC on 24hr and invest in AC/pool in the common area or an industrial fan. Threats: Competition from hostels with pool, 24/7 ac.

Die Erfahrung mit dem Besitzer war verstörend, er war sehr kontrollieren und psychopathisch, man fühlte sich extrem unwohl in seiner Gegenwart. Deshalb kann ich dieses Hostel leider nicht empfehlen.

The fact that they close the community areas at 11pm it’s really boring. You can’t stay even if you are alone, it’s a bit infantilizing. The boss is not very pleasant.

No social vibe at all.Whatiwillremwall.Whatiwillremembermostaall.What i unf will remember most about this hostel is the front desk staff. They were the rudest and most uninterested front desk staff i camera across in Mexico, flat out unsympathetic and rude. Spacious dorm and fantastic beds though.

Sadly was overpriced as there was a festival on I wasn’t going too. Pros: ac is on all the time, bathroom in the room, nice staff, curtains, lights in bed area Cons: not social at all, lockers outside of room, ants in room, sometimes no toilet paper, only takes cash for booking

Freelance Hostel (4 nights) - 6 bed dorm curtains on each bed - Odd vibes staff were strange not very professional smoking no proper check in system the manger asked us how much money we owe - No facilities just the beds - Wifi was very poor - Cooking facilities weren’t that good toaster didn’t work - So so quiet no social life - Paid 150 peos for s*** bikes no gears were very rusty weren’t road worthy

I thought some of the volunteers were very rude and disrespectful. Disappointing. Unnecessary.

Not a nice place, no vibe at all… It seems like everything is relaxed but unfortunately everything is forbidden, like sitting with your feet on the sofa or brushing your teeth outside the bathroom. There is de facto no window in the room and the air quality is just bad. The breakfast was good.

Great location in the center of Tulum. Dorms have nice comfortable beds, with AC at night.there was a small well equipped kitchen. Wifi was strong and dependable. Bicycles available for rent.

The location is great, as it's not far from the main busy street, yet it remains quiet and has easy access to everything. I would say the only downside is that the water will be cut off at midnight, including the bathroom and shower.

I would prefer more people to be arround and run the hostel. Really nice place though to chill, spacious with nice enviroment. It really needs an upgrade to their cleaning procedure though (the tables on the resting area, bathroom, beds). They have lockers only for a medium back pack.

The staff was really unhelpful and my room that had booked was not ready and someone else was there even though I had arrived the second night of my booking.

Auberge incroyable, les mots étaient super, les douches étaient propres, wifi top, par contre auberge très calme, si vous cherchez de l’ambiance ou à faire des rencontres ne venaient pas ici, seul point négatif la musique, musique douce, jazz etc rien qui fait mal au oreilles mais dès le matin 8h c’est pas le mieux pour se reposer, à part ça l’auberge était super

I stayed here for five nights and really enjoyed it. A very chill place which I like and they enforce quiet hours. There is a large common area where you can be as social as you like. Not a party place which I like since my party days are over. Very nice staff and volunteers. Has a kitchen with a large fridge and I saw many people cooking. Free filtered water also. My room was clean and quiet at night 😁.

Perfect option if you want somewhere chill, friendly and comfortable. Still social but with a calmer vibe and quiet hours. Great location, right next to the main strip. Great beds with lots of room for your stuff! Would definitely stay again if I ever return to Tulum :)

Pro : Auberge confortable et propre. Les lits étaient confortables. La gérante est adorable ! Cons : rien de rédhibitoire, mais j’aurais apprécié qu’il y ait des activités de proposées. Et ce sont des détails mais pas hyper pratique en termes de rangements. Ce n’est pas un endroit très social, pas un party hostel. En tous cas c’est calme. C’est un pro ou un con en fonction de ce que vous recherchez :)

Ottimo ostello per rilassarsi e lavorare, sicuramente non se si vuole fare festa. Letti comodissimi e personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Occhio soltanto che la colazione non è inclusa!

great hostel, in a great location. Was very clean, bed were comfortable and had they're own wall plugs, lights with a dimmer and privacy sheet. Bathroom was clean. Lovely common area, good kitchen, fridge a bit small. We did yoga in the morning which was fantastic. It was Not a party hostel and they had a curfew which is what we liked. Was a bit stuffy in the rooms, top bunks bit stuffy, aircon on at night but people kept wanting it warming on lower bunks. Would stay again

Really lovely. Basically the opposite to a party hostel. So glad these types of chilled ones exist when you just want to relax. The girls on the counter and really welcoming, it's also easy to meet people if you wanted to mingle in the common area. Lots of things close by too like laundry and street taco's. Area felt safe
