Viajero Arequipa Hostel

they lost my laundry. took the time to message me that they were going to give a refund on the clothes and then stopped responding to any messages. the set up is great, the room I was in was a little small to navigate but the beds are comfy. the staff need to work on their communication to customers.

Worst Viajero I have stayed in. Very overpriced! Culca canyon tour was 100 sol more than the tour company outside. You can’t use the hot tub without renting one of their towels for 7sol. Also no water refill. Bedrooms are very small and the bathroom was not cleaned in 3 days, we had to ask reception to empty the bin - there was toilet paper all over the floor (extremely unhygienic) Bedrooms were very warm and no fans. Orgnaisation was terrible, let us check in, changed their mind and

When we arrived at 2am, one of the beds we booked was not ready even though we booked for the previous night. They even asked us to pay an additional “early check-in” to get the room we had already booked for the night before and even after explaining several times that the beds should have been ready from 3pm the day before ! They offered to sleep in the co-working space instead… We got the second bed at 7am the next morning.

I liked the layout of the dorms. Vibe wasn’t as good as I was expecting. The staff were really great here. The receptionist organised a very early check in for us after she saw how tired we were

I had a private room which was very nice, new and clean, plenty of space. can be noisey as its on the same floor as rooftop bar and courtyard facing.

Great location, private room nice with adequate light, people nice. Bed pretty uncomfortable but not the end of the world

Nice and clean hostel with very kind staff, for me it turned out to be not as social as i'd like it to be.

Great hostel overall, but would be nice if the room would close automatically because everyone forgets to lock when going out. Clearly lack more common area showers and toilets, one per dorm is not enough and doesn’t ensure cleanliness

El hostel tiene muy buena ubicación y las habitaciones se mantienen limpias y ordenadas. Sin embargo, no me terminó de convencer por la atención del personal masculino de recepción, quienes desde el check-in no fueron atentos en ayudarme con las maletas, si les pedía algún favor me condicionaban para dejarles una reseña con su nombre y hasta recibí un mal trato de Brayan solo por salir 5 minutos más tarde de la hora de check out. La única que fue amable y servicial siempre fue Storm.

Fantastic staff, great social hostel but can opt out if you want, beds are like pods and v exclusive/not noisy - highly recommend

Best hostel I’ve visited so far, keeping in mind I had a private room and so cannot evaluate the dorms ans shared bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Activities every night at the rooftop bar ideal for meeting people. Nice co-working space to relax and drink a tea. Exceptional location in a beautiful building. Private room felt like a 3-star hotel, clean and spacious.

One of the best hostels i ever stayed in ! very clean, a lot of space, many activities, friendly staff and spacious dorms. it's located near the Plaza de Armas so all the main sights are in walking distance.

Very clean hostel with comfy beds and ensuites. As with all Viajeros, sociable if you want to drink lots but difficult to talk to people otherwise. Luggage storage is great. No kitchen.

Such a nice hostel . Really friendly staff and so many nice places to chill. Everything was very clean

overall very fun and comfortable. the Wi-Fi was quick and the location was perfect for exploring the city. everything was super clean and comfortable. it also felt like a good mix of travelers and the hostel hosted quite a few events. my only minor "complaint" is for the DJ nights. it's nice to have a party at the hostel but the music was super loud right from the start of the set at ~20:30. a more chill set to start and then ramp it up later would be more conducive to meeting people.

Een van de fijnste hostels waar ik geweest ben! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en meedenkend. Er wordt goed opgelet wie er binnen komt, dus dat geeft een veilig gevoel. In de kamer kan het toch best warm worden, dus vooral het raam open laten. Bedden slapen goed en het is fijn dat er zeep bij de douche wordt aangeboden.

Excellent customer service, went through the effort of looking through the bins to find a receipt i needed and accidentally left, huge thanks to Carlitos & Lulú of the cleaning team and Angelina & Valeria at reception!!!

Viajero arequipa was quite fun. big party hostel but i didn't mind i was there for that. The persons that work there like Sergio and Marcelo were such a good vibe. i recommand ! There's no kitchen and the restaurant is quite expensive so make sure you realise that before going!

The People who Work there espiacilally Valeria, Anghi, Angela, Mauricio are Amazing, It was a great stay!

I enjoyed my stay and the staff are really friendly and helpful! However, it would be nice to have some cheaper food and drink options at the hostel.

The only thing i didnt like that much about this hostel, is that all the services & food is Overpriced..
