- Jedno z nejhorších ubytování při mé půlroční cestě Jižní Amerikou. Dal jsem na předchozí hodnocení, které je výborné a velké zklamání snad ve všem.
- I was illegally charged a VAT tax. When I requested a refund the owner threw me out on the street at 22:00. She said the VAT tax is a cost of doing business with booking.com. Illegal to charge a foreign tourist a VAT tax in Peru….

- La pulizia, soprattutto del bagno e degli asciugamani.
+ The price for the bed was reasonable and a very simple breakfast was provided. It is located very close to the downtown area with supermarkets and restaurants. The host was helpful in answering questions and giving recommendations.
- The bathroom was extremely dirty and looked liked it had not been cleaned in months (mirror, shower, toilet and tissue hole). The room and bathroom are very small and the top bunk is very close to the roof. A bigger sign with the name of the hostel is needed out front to make it easier to find. There is no kitchen

- La escalera es tipo caracol y un poco difícil subir
+ El lugar es aceptable, la zona tranquila. La señora me dejó entrar unas horas antes de la hora hora oficial de ingreso.
- Muchas camas en la habitación, un poco hacinado el cuarto. El segundo día la señora estaba como de mal humor y me trató mal, después pidió disculpas pero me fui con una sensación fea.

- Booking mi ha offero un prezzo, ma al Host ho divuto pagare 20 Dollari in più per le spese che chiede booking.
My host was very kind and helpful. my room was spacious, a nice terrace to rest, read, have breakfast. booking offered me a price, but the host had to pay 20 dollars extra for the expense requested booking.

Fabiola is the best host ever !
+ Fabiola es muy acogedora y jovial. Mi habitación tenía todo lo necesario: baño individual, ducha con agua caliente, cama cómoda y lámpara de noche y enchufes al lado de la cama. Las zonas comunes también son agradables y cómodas (hay una terraza con una bonita vista). Buen desayuno y buena localización, a unos pasos del centro.
Fabiola is very welcoming and cheerful. my room had everything we needed: private bathroom, shower with hot water, comfortable bed and night lamp and plugs next to the bed. the common areas are also nice and comfortable (there is a terrace with a nice view). good breakfast and good location, a few steps from the center.

My experience at AKAO house was great, my room was very confortable and has a beautiful view on the mountains! Also, Fabiola was very flexible and gave me great advices over things to do in Arequipa.
+ Fabiola es increíblemente amable y preocupada por sus huéspedes, te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. La habitación es amplia, limpia, la cama es cómoda y está muy cerca de la Plaza de Armas, no se puede pedir más.
+ Great, warm, and bright room with a beautiful view of the city and the volcano! The house is very close to the center of Arequipa, which makes it very convenient. However, what truly makes this place special is Fabiola. She is an amazing host and a wonderful person to talk to. As a solo female traveler, I felt the warmth and hospitality I needed throughout my stay. I strongly recommend this place!

I had a great stay here. My room was very comfortable and clean, and the host was lovely. A great option if you want to stay somewhere a little quieter in Arequipa.
+ La amabilidad y carisma de la dueña, la Sra. Fabiola, me recibió cortésmente y siempre con una sonrisa en los labios. La habitación es tal como sale en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente, esta a 5 cuadras aproximadamente de la Plaza de Armas de Arequipa. Su desayuno me encanto, y su ensalada de frutas en vez de un jugo de frutas, muy buena para la salud. El chorro de agua de la ducha muy fuerte y abundante. La señal del wifi muy buena.
