- Абсолютно неадекватный персонал на рецепшн . Крашеная особь в черно - белую , не должны подпускать и близко к работе и общению с клиентами и людьми впринципе
+ Номер который нам достался ужасно выглядел , с окна очень тянуло холодом так как оконная рама была поломана! А ещё что самое не приятное у нас украли продукты😡

+ Понравилось, что после первой ночи, где меня покусали клопы, я пожаловалась и они сразу вернули деньги за 2 ночи, которые были запланированы
- Грязно и клопы в матрасах, которые меня покусали за одну ночь. Из за того, что после первой ночи я решила, что не могу там оставаться жить в таких условиях и они отдали мне деньги, мне пришлось сразу же искать другое место где жить еще одну ночь

- היה מלוכלך, רועש, אין מעלית, צוות לא נחמד. ברחתי משם אפילו לא נשארתי להזמנה עברתי למקום אחר. להתרחק!!!!!

- NO ACQUA CALDA per una doccia. Ho chiesto spiegazioni al manager e mi ha detto con fare scontroso che il massimo che poteva fare e rimborsara 7 slot (1-2€) Assurdo!

- Please don’t go there. I had the worst hostel experience of my life. I’ve stayed in many hostels in different countries, and this was the first time I’ve seen something like this. A man woke everyone up every night at midnight by switching on the big light instead of using his little lamp. He took his time making his bed without caring about anyone else. On top of that, he was shaking my bed from underneath. I didn’t say anything at first, but then he scared me and others by waking me up and accusing me of shaking the bed while I was sleeping. That’s not my problem, and I never shook the bed when he did it. The staff did absolutely nothing and clearly didn’t care about the situation. To make matters worse, I had to pay extra fees to change to another bed, which ended up moving as well. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
+ Location was good but honestly there are plenty of other hostel with similar or even better location.
- Very DIRTY. Bathroom/toilets are UNUSABLE (at first floor). Kitchen on first floor - terrible SMELL, very dirty, dirty dishes everywhere, garbages full. When I came - my bed was not ready and it was used. I came not in the morning or something, I came very late in the evening - but the beds still was not ready (see the picture). However check out is 10am, so between 10am and 7pm they couldn’t clean and prepare ONE BED. AND the reception was somehow arguing with me that it’s okay not to prepare a bed for the guest arriving at evening even though previous guest checked out at 10am from that bed. Beds - were quite old and making soo much noise. No “house rules” were enforced, people were making noise all the night. Asking neighbours was meaningless, reception / hotel staff didn’t help either. Last but not least - very UNSUSTAINABLE practice: they use papers to provide room codes and WiFi password. See the picture - imagine how much paper is wasted. There are tens of simple tools they can use to administer this things digitally but they do paper in 2025 (almost 2026).

- Ми приїхали в хостел о 9-й ранку з донькою 7 років після тривалої дороги і без сну більше доби. Я звернулася до адміністратора з проханням надати хоча б місце або ліжко, щоб ми могли відпочити кілька годин до нашого виїзду о 14:00. На жаль, адміністратор відмовився допомогти, хоча, судячи з усього, вільні ліжка були. Через це ми не змогли навіть побачити свій номер. Я також зверталася до адміністрації з проханням про часткову компенсацію, проте отримала відмову, аргументуючи правилами хостелу (заселення з 14:00). Розумію правила, але людський фактор у подібних ситуаціях, особливо коли мова йде про сім’ю з дитиною, міг би бути врахований. На жаль, наш досвід залишив негативне враження.

Good hostel with good ubication, guests can be a litttle bit carteles but the staff try their best, i had overall a good experience, very economic too.
The location and hostel are good, but most guests just want a cheap place to sleep. If that's your goal, it's a 10/10. However, I missed having social events to help people bond and build a community. The facilities are the weak point, but everything else is fine.
The only problem is the bar isn’t serving alcohol anymore, but you bring your own and drink out the garden. Other than that one of the best hostels iv stayed at
Didn't like this hostel. Stayed in a room for 10 on the 3rd floor were wifi didn't work. We asked the recepcionists about it and they said "they don't know", didn't offer any solution. Common bathrooms were small and the showers very uncomfortable. Beds don't courtains, hallway was full of sheets from other rooms, one of the common showers was completely flooded during all my stay (3 days). Overall would not recommend, just the location was fine. I guess quality-price is fine if you don't mind.
Good hostel, great location within walking distance to the old town. Not the most social but has everything you need
The room was super clean. This is my first time seeing a room as clean as this. Kitchen was also clean and big. Location is good. I recommend this hostel.
Insgesamt war ich positiv überrascht! Sauber, sehr großzügiger 8er Dorm, nettes Personal. Allerdings musste man sein Bett komplett selber beziehen. Nicht ideal, wenn man spät ankommt. Lage ist ok, nicht ganz ideal. Preis sehr gut. Küche sag schön aus, habe ich aber nicht genutzt. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber während meines Aufenthaltes. Insgesamt empfehlenswert! Besser viel Platz im Dorm und keine Vorhänge als Vorgänge und einen super engen Dorm.
Overall I was positively surprised! Sauber, very generous 8 bedroom, nice staff. However you had to get your bed completely yourself. Not ideal if you arrive late. Location is ok, not quite ideal. Price very good. Kitchen looks nice, but I haven't used it. Everything was really very clean during my stay. Overall recommended!

Good place to stay, clean room and bathroom. Sometimes a bit noisy in the corridors with school groups.
What I found odd is that the guests have to set up the beds, linen pillow cases and douvet are just left in your bed waiting for you. For me this isn’t a welcoming image of a hospitality place. Also I went in the reception to rent a towel and the girl told me they run out of body size and only have the tiny hair ones. I was annoyed but also in need so I took it and she made me pay for this rediculous amenity without even saying sorry. The attitude was more annoying that they’re action.
It was my first time staying at a hostel and i felt really comfortable and safe .Definitely a good first impression of hostels
It was amazing, friendly staff, great location but there was one fatal flaw: the hostel was occupied by a French school field-trip, (I guess theres no age restrictions?) and they were ridiculously loud, rude, and disrespectful. The hallway smelled really bad because what felt like 50 teenagers were running around yelling, slamming doors, and creating chaos long after quiet hours (this was 1am) If it hadnt been for this experience id rate the rest 5 stars
Good place to sleep after a long day. Pretty clean and very good location, near the main square. Not the best place to party or meeting new people.
Had a lovely stay at the Atlantis Hostel. Staff were lovely and very helpful and the rooms and facilities were clean and so spacious. Many amenities on the doorstep and old town is only a short walk away.
No curtains on the bed which is like my biggest thing in hostels, the staff were very nice, most of the guests are quiet and keep to themselves. Not a bad choice for how cheap it was at all honestly tho
Everything about this property was perfect. The only downside is there were a lot of people yelling up and down the staircase, the door lock was kind of hard to lock and unlock. Bathrooms were all clean, beds were cozy. Definitely worth the money! Highly recommend.

+ En general, mi estancia no estuvo mal y me sentí segura en el hostal. El personal no sonrió casi para nada y no explicó dónde estaba la zona común ni como funcionaba. Menos mal fui a preguntar. Una de las chicas fue muy amable (siento no haber preguntado el nombre para agradecerla): yo me equivoqué porque pensaba que iba a hacer el check out al día siguiente y era pasada de poco la hora (10 minutos o algo así). Vino a buscarme en la habitación y muy amablemente me dejó preparar sin prisa antes de dejar la habitación. Gracias 🪷
- Personal demasiado serio. Una sonrisa de vez en cuando viene bien 🪷 El suelo de madera suena demasiado y las camas también. Almohada horrible. Había muy mal olor y, al estar la ventana cerrada, no pude abrir para que correra un poco el aire. No está exactamente en el centro, pero está bastante bien como ubicación.
