Enseada Hostel

L’hostel est calme et bien placé, les petits déjeuners y sont très bons.

Hostel tranquille avec le nécessaire. Les espaces étaient propres et bien équipé. Dommage que le personnel n’était pas très chaleureux et accueillant.

Our stay at the hostel started well, despite small, overcrowded rooms with an unpleasant smell and a dirty sheet. The atmosphere was friendly and made up for these issues. However, the end was disappointing. We requested breakfast 15 minutes early due to an early departure, but after a lengthy discussion, we could only grab something quickly. At check-out, the receptionist insisted I wake up a roommate to return a borrowed blanket, threatening a $20 fee. Very unprofessional and disappointing�...

Não gostei do atendimento de alguns funcionários do local, não teve empatia no atendimento nem no recebimento dos hospedes que talvez seja a hora marcante para gostar do local ou não. Questão de higienização pessimo, por mais que seja um hostel, quase tudo compartilhado deveria ter uma equipe de limpeza e organização geral do local, tudo estava muito sujo. Café da manhã incluso no valor, mas, não consegui fazer a refeição de forma adequada nos dias da minha estadia
