Go Elsewhere. Near bus station is the only perk.! Not a nice hostel

This is literally the 1st time I am writing a review; not saying I am being a high maintenance traveller but this experience this time gave me sort of a shock…. I understand this is a historical hostel and the staff are extremely nice fore sure; but this time who am I staying with in the same dorm kind of gave me the worst experience; with him being stink and snoring the whole night that literally stopped me from going back in the room to rest.

The first night was impossible to sleep because the room was so hot almost like be in a sauna

Everything was fine except for the green light in the bedroom which kept me awake all night.

The property wasn't close to city centre but it was very well connected by bus and subway. The room wasn't very clean and it smelled bad even though the windows were opened during the day. The mattress was too thin. Kitchen was nice

Not the best if you want to meet people but clean and comfortable night or two!!

There was nothing extraordinary about this hostel. It was just fine.

I’m a solo traveler, this is a great location if you want to stay near Kensington, really easy to get to from the airport/near the tube station. Has a lounge, free wifi, and luggage storage. Not really a social hostel and the vibe is a bit cold, not very lively or friendly. People of all ages there- not just a youth hostel. Bring a lock for your locker. Wouldn’t be my top choice for a london hostel but would stay again for the location.

Neighbourhood, staff and cleannesses were awesome, but this house has such thin walls so that you can hear everything, especially above you - was terribly noisy Saturday and Sunday morning between 6-8am. Other than this the private room for two people was pretty small and there’s wasn’t really place to put things or hang clothes. For 60€ / per night per person I wouldn’t go there again. Sorry 🙏🏻

no one talks to other people. ive been to funerals that were more fun. also, therr was 2 50+ y.o dudes in my room, weird. but the location and stuff are very good.

Really nice hostel, close to a couple of tube stations and very friendly and helpfull stuff!!

We stayed with our family in this hostel and I can only recommend it. Everything was great. The showers and toilets were clean, the self-catering kitchen was well equipped. The staff was friendly. I will certainly be back.

The kitchen is amazing and I love the outdoor courtyard area. The lounge was really nice. Bed was comfy, big lockers, quiet neighborhood. The light in the shower turns off every 30 seconds, which gets old fast. And the drains drained a little slow, but weren't unusable. Absolutely incredible value for the price.

a cheap hostel that was fine for one night. the four person female dorm was well priced for a last min booking, my check-in late at night went smoothly, and the common areas were not bad. the kitchen was just a bit dirty.

Solid stay for a few nights in London. Pretty good location, helpful staff, and low key vibe. A lot of families and school trips. I’d stay again, it’s a safe bet.

It was excellent. I would have liked curtains for more privacy, but if you get along well with your roommates, you don't have to worry about it too much. The heating is the best part (I don't like the cold). They have a very friendly staff and a beautiful garden.

Great hostel in a very good position, 10 minutes walk from Earl's Court station. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional. Definitely recommended!

Bellissimo! Tanti bagni anche se non in stanza, un encomio particolare alle ragazze che lo tengono così pulito! Cucina in comune perfetta. Posizione vicino la tube!

I stayed here many years ago and recently returned , so happy the quality is still 5 stars! Cleanliness, comfort, service, and location are excellent. It’s rare to find a place that keeps such high standards over time. My only small disappointment was breakfast: they used to offer a traditional English breakfast, which I loved, and it’s no longer available. I truly recommend this hostel and will gladly return whenever I’m in London.

Nice generous staff who let me in at a late hour. Cosy shared dorm room, cool with only four of us downstairs below the offices. Also flexible about letting me have a rest in the social area on Saturday afternoon. So l met a nice Czechlovakian group of youngsters who were quite polite and friendly to me. Helpful secure storage room for travellers like myself, on a quick visit to London.

The location of this hostel is the best part in my opinion. I was interested to see if the reviews about "introverts" and "quiet people" were true and they were!!! Such a strange experience in the hostel room, barely any conversation and people keeping to themselves. I never experienced anything like it before! The bed was comfy, the pillow wasn't too great. I'd prefer for the beds to have privacy curtains. The bathrooms were clean but the layout of them, individual showers and toilets, meant th...
