Absolutne dziadostwo.

This hostel is the most worthless place I ever had stayed on ! I would never go back there again! It was dirty and unclean both at the rooms and the bathroom. On of the staff members, a guy also accused me for being a thief, since a girl lost her bag as we were checking out almost at the same time from the hostel. The rooms were extremely hot and small, the washrooms were dirty and there were only two washrooms for 4 rooms each 12 ppl. At night ppl were smoking under our windows so all the smoke was coming into our room. The location was also “Meh” since it was far from most of the touristic areas.

Dirty. No community. Just an inn with bunk beds and gross facilities

Great location but the actual hostel itself is disgusting. The first room we were in was so gross I was literally gagging from the smell. We asked to move rooms but the second one wasn’t much better. The toilets seemed like they never got cleaned, there was water over the floors and stains all over the toilet seats. The windows in the rooms barely opened. Worst hostel I’ve stayed at.

Bathrooms were very dirty and moldy. Whole place smelt bad. Overcrowded and not enough bathrooms or showers for the amount of people. Very hot at night with no airflow. Fire alarm went off at 4 am for 30 minutes with no explanation from management as to why.

Este lugar no lo recomiendo porque los baños nunca fueron higienzados día a día. Con el flujo de hospedados que tiene, debería tener mayor atención de los empleados. Faltaba papel en los baños, jabón líquido. Te cobran por prestarte un candado que me parece mucho. Luces de la habitación no andaban y una del baño tampoco. No me gustó. No lo recomiendo

I am not satisfied at all and will not choose this accommodation again. No kitchen! only one bathroom was available for one floor with 3 dorm rooms for men and women together! not clean at all. toilet without soap! beds were in 3 floors, very noisy and beds were not totally separated. Power bank and airpods were felt down on my head from guys on toper beds during the night! could not sleep well!!!!

Staff is lovely! Location is so convenient. The hostel is filthy though. It’s even hard to use the bathroom - specialty the ones located on the first and second floor. There’s no ventilation or whatsoever, the floor is never clean and the trash is full of dirty toilet paper. Be ready for some cold shower. The rooms are dark and during my stay the lights went of in my room for two days in a row. Do not recommend this hostel!

The rooms are TINY like 2 people can’t walk around the room at once. And the bathrooms are the smelliest dirtiest bathrooms at a hostel I’ve ever seen. And I’ve been backpacking for a year!!!! GREAT LOCATION though! 10/10 for location.

vraiment super, rien à redire!! l’ambiance est très sympa, c’est possible de se poser autour d’un verre et d’une pizza jusque très tard. pas de soucis non plus pour le bruit. personnel très accueillant et arrangeant!! j’y retournerai(:

Good in general but dirty bathrooms

Lovely atmosphere and great location

Great stay for a great price, my only issues were the lack of mirrors in the dorms and the bathrooms and shared with quite a lot of people so can be busy and they aren’t too big so it can be a tight squeeze but otherwise i had a fab stay!

Ostollo vicino a Waterloo, collegato con tutto. Prezzo giusto, personale cordialissimo e colazione top. Unica cosa migliorabile, gli armadietti fatti con la griglia di ferro.

Está dentro de todo bien ubicado. El ambiente es raro, los baños bastante sucios

Die Matratze war durchgelegen, die Toiletten rochen nach Urin. Personal am Abend war okay, morgens sehr freundlich. Man kann sein Gepäck abgeben, " auf eigene Gefahr" Personal macht auf und geht dann.

Excellent location, just a 15-minute walk to Big Ben and near many bus stops. The rooms are okay for the price but lack privacy curtains. The main issue is the bathrooms: only one per floor, unisex, and shared with showers, leaving everything wet and unpleasant. They were often dirty, and the water was frequently cold, which is tough in London’s weather. Fine for a night or two, but the poor bathroom conditions make a long stay difficult.

It's not terrible, the location is the nice, the beds are ok. The toilets and showers aren't the best but that's probably more due to the guests than the staff. The staff can seem... Not happy or helpful compared with other publoves and hostels in general. Understandable after putting up with difficult clients all day everyday but as a hospitality professional, if you hate your job maybe change career paths.

It's the second time I am staying in the steam engine; it's always awesome, peaceful, budget friendly and Best place to stay.

Unfortumately there were no hooks in the bathroom for the towels. The bathroom was not that clean. Besides there was only one bathroom on the floor with 2 toilets and 3 showers. There were 4 bedrooms on the floor. The bedrooms are okay. There is no light next to the bed. There are 2 cable connectors for chargening the phones so that there is no need for an adapter. The staff is very friendly and the pub is nice. The hostel is very centrally located. There are lots of bus stops around.

Considering the price, it’s a good place to stay. Rooms are decent, though the bathrooms aren’t the cleanest. The staff are very friendly, and the best things about the place: location and the price! If you’re just passing through London for no more than 1 or 2 nights, it’s a definite yes :)

El ambiente era muuuy extraño y todavía peor lo de compartir baños mixtos, mucho ruido en el pasillo de varones ebrios y totalmente desubicados (el hostel no tiene la culpa de los demás hospedados claramente) El personal nos trató excelente y dejaron que dejemos la valija sin cobrarnos. Recomendaría poner cortinas en la habitación y más luces. Igualmente relacion precio-calidad + ubicación, lo vale

Everything was great, only thing is it needs more sink/counter space. Hard to get ready at.

Really lovely hostel, nice clean beds and rooms, and the showers are really lovely. The staff are brilliant, super welcoming and kind. Only small issue was the room could have used some more lights, but that's not a big deal. Overall it was a solid place to stay, would definitely recommend for a decently priced and located hostel.

You get what you pay for. It is not a great place but also not that bad but for the price it is probably worth it. My biggest complaint would be no curtains for the bed.

Thripple bunks are always interesting (9 person dorm) and the separation did nothing for the snoring. Definitely a pub for older folks but the staff was fantastic. One of the showers wouldn’t get hot, but besides that specific one bathrooms were fine. Lockers were huge, bring a lock. There are two outlets at each bed which was great. Close to underground entrances so being out of the city center wasn’t a problem.
