Hostel Chuman-Go

Don’t use the outlets they’ll brake your adapter. No door to the shared dorm and it’s quite loud. Mattresses were bad. Shower was amazing.

Kitchen yes but you can’t cook only a microwave and freezer, eating outside is super expensive . Locality is a bit far from the Main Street of the town you need walk at least 1km , but clean and quiet .

Die Unterkunft bietet, wie beschrieben keine Kochmöglichkeit. Wir hatten den Eindruck einer etwas sterilen Unterkunft, was sich auch im Gemeinschaftsraum zeigte durch wenig Leben. Wir waren aber auch Ende Saison dort. Man konnte im Hostel Essen kaufen (es hatte immer heisses Wasser für Udon und Mikrowellen). Das Hostel hat auch Ausrüsrätung verliehen und einen Waschservice angeboten. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

This hostel was very comfortable, loved the privacy and comfort of the beds, best sleep I had after the W. Kitchen is ok, no stove. Bathrooms are very clean and hot water! Not directly in the center of town but good location. Very calm tho compared to other places.

Overall good stay. Clean, comfy bed with curtains for privacy. quiet far out of town.

Absolutely amazing stay. Highly recommend here if you’re travelling to Torres del Paine or just Puerto natales In general. The host is an awesome guy and was really helpful. Can’t fault it at all and incredible value for the price - don’t go anywhere else!!

Ótimo Hostel em Puerto Natales

Very good hostel! Very clean the beds in the dorm were very spacey and there is a curtain so you have your own space! The bathroom was very clean but I would have liked it to be separated from the room since it was a room connected to the dorm. There is no proper kitchen :(( only microwave and hot water - so thats a minus in my book. But overall is the hostel so homey and the host is the sweetest and helped us a lot! He cleans everyday! Would 100 % recommend!! And very important NO bed bugs!

Only place I would stay in Puerto Natalis. Had the best sleep in this place jnbetwen big hiking days. Didn’t catch his name but the guy at reception is a god send. Helps you plan all your routes if you aren’t doing a toured hike. Only down side is there isn’t a proper kitchen for cooking but could t possibly give this guy anything but 10/10 - superb host!

The guy at reception is great he was so helpful with Torres del Paine. I had no plans when I arrived and he helped me figure out the best route (parts of the W trek) that was cost effective. I was also able to rent all my gear from him including a smaller backpack. Hostel was very clean, lots of communal space. Space in the dorm room and in the beds. Bathrooms were clean as well. Separate men’s/women’s toilets. Only thing is no oven but lots of places to eat nearby. 15 min walk to bus statio...

Host is so sweet and helpful. Very clean, great price for private rooms, and could leave a duffle free of charge while hiking the O circuit. Great location, easy to walk to bus station and any stores/restaurants you would need. 11/10 would recommend!!

Wouldn't usually leave a review, but the service here was fantastic - the owner's super friendly and supportive of multi-day hikers, allowing you to leave a bag free of charge - the hostel itself is super clean and feels really intimate, there aren't many beds available, so you get to know people really quickly - just a really lovely vibe. Thanks for such a great stay!

On a adoré cette auberge, l’hôte est vraiment super gentil et accommodant! On a pu louer des matelas de camping pour pas cher directement à la réception et on a laissé nos sacs sans problème pendant plusieurs jours. C’est super propre et proche de tout! Il faut juste ne pas s’attendre à une vraie cuisine.

Stayed at Chuman-Go for only one night but I would stay here again without even thinking it twice. The place is small but the dorms offer big privacy, washrooms are clean and the place overall was comfortable. Pato (the owner) is the friendliest guy in town just wants to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible

Je n’ai jamais vu un hostel aussi propre que celui-ci. Les équipements sont au top, il y a de l’espace, la literie est confort, tout est là pour se sentir bien (rideaux, portes-manteaux, prises, lockers, espace à côté du lit…). Le staff est super sympa ! Je ne peux que recommander cet hostel.

Great hostel, very clean and big community area. There are microwaves and a toaster and the only thing lacking is a stovetop for the area to become a usable kitchen. The beds are great, good curtains and a lot of personal space. Bathrooms are clean and gender divided. We also rented equipment for hiking, which was very up to date and convenient. Everything was very easy to use. The host here is very helpful, easy going and available. He has recommendations and speaks English very well.
