Personnel (2 jeunes adolescents qui n'ont pas lever la tête du téléphone) et ne faisaient aucun effort pour la compréhension.

Sadly dirty, but good location. No hot water !!!

I boked a private room, I didnt get breakfast nor a towel. it gets very cold at night during December and the blanket is provided is not enough. Location is great. The saff was fine, very polite people, communication was a bit of a problem but not major. Very basic, toilets arent great and there was no toilet paper.

The workers were sweet and the location is amazing! But the rooms were moldy, the bathrooms were horrible and it was overall dirty.

toilet was falling apart, very low water pressure so difficult to take a shower. toilet was smelly, staff doesn't speak properly English but the staff was very friendly though. My bed was surprisingly comfortable, but all the other mattresses were quite hard. the blanket could have been cleaner. I've had better options for this price. But for a short time its dooable.

Overall our stay was fine, not bad but probably wouldn’t rebook here again. Not much for common space and the beds were rickety and mattresses old/uncomfortable. Also the key situation in the room did not feel secure because we did not get our own key.

Overral, it’s okay. There was no one there except for this sweet moroccan guy who showed me around and me ofc. Toilets not always cleaned but not a problem.

Did not include breakfast. Good location and locked door. Shared facilities were constantly wet/flooded on toilet and bathroom floor

The hostel was in a good position. Services: the laundry was fast and well cleaned but the kitchen was the dirtiest ever saw, probably never cleaned. There was mud on the plates. The guys were polite and always available. The view from the terrace was amazing.

Incroyable rooftop, c'est un hostel où l'on reste si on veut du calme, car il n'y a personne. La propreté est clairement à revoir (notamment les draps qui n'ont pas l'air d'être changés), et il n'y a pas de cuisine accessible contrairement à ce qui était indiqué.

Awesome location! Just one street out of the Medina so you are part of it all without feeling too overwhelmed. Lovely staff and great terrace! We had the most magical experience watching the full moon rise above the mountains. I will say that it is not necessary to get a room with a private bathroom. The rooms without bathrooms looked like they had more natural light. Highly recommend!

Il ragazzo in receptionist è simpatico e gentilissimo. Ostello molto tranquillo, il bagno non è perfetto ma per il prezzo che si paga va bene.

Ostello in una buona posizione con la terrazza con un panorama fantastico. Personale gentile e disponibile ma non vengono cambiate le lenzuola tra un ospite e l'altro e in generale l'ambiente non è molto pulito.

Es un lugar bonito, limpio, cómodo y cálido con una excelente ubicación. Lo único que faltó para q sea perfecto es que sirvan desayuno. Volvería sin dudarlo por eso me quede una uno mas

I felt very calm and comfy vibes there. The staff are very friendly. I spent two nights in the 6 beds female dorm, it was clean. and they clean the room and make the bed while you're out. Bathroom is clean and has some essentials.
