+ La ubicación
- El personal, preocupado por ahorrar energía, que por “eco no se que” no se podía utilizar el aire acondicionado más de una hora. A ver, es un ático, es decir última planta, la más caliente, es julio, Turín, humedad y no encienden aire acondicionado ni brindan ventiladores. En lugar de dar una buena bienvenida te avisan donde dejar las llaves, como apagar luces, que no encender el aire nunca salvo ellos Fue un infierno de calor
Ik heb praktisch 50 euro moeten betalen voor een plek die kwalitatief niet die waarde gaf. Alles was in orde, maar het was gewoonweg veel te duur.
I had to pay 50 euros for a place that was not of the quality that it was worth.
Location is great, met some lovely people but unfortunately woke up covered in bed bug bites...

- Tuve una muy mala experiencia con la recepción. Llegué , como fue antes de las 13 pm , la señora amablemente me dejó que dejara las valijas y mochila en un armario. Ella estaba dejando mis pertenecías pero luego me dijo que vio entrar “ un insecto q no sabía si era hormiga o un otro que no sé cuál se habrá referido y que no podría dejar mi mochila durante mi estadía en el hostel. Lo cual fue demasiado incómodo. Pretendía que usara una bolsa para llevar y traer mis pertenencias durante mi estadía. Me revisó ( con mi aprobación ) mi mochila para ver si encontraba el insecto, lo cual no había ningúno, pero aún así me dijo que no entrara mi mochila al hostel. Lo cual me pareció incómodo. Luego llegamos a “ un acuerdo” que pusiera en una bolsa de basura mi mochila durante mi estadía, lo cual me parece denigrante , ya q nunca vi el insecto y ella luego no lo vio más, pero aún así tuve q dejar mi mochila como si fuera basura en una bolsa para la basura. La verdad me pareció horrible. El resto me pareció un hostel limpio y muy buena ubicación, un poco de mal olores pero bien. Volvería si no hubiera pasado esto. La verdad me daba hasta incomodidad cada vez q entraba o salía del hostel por miedo a “ mi mochila” cuando nunca más vimos ningún insecto y yo jamás lo vi, pero la señora si. Ella fue amable pero ese comportamiento no.
The hostel itself is ok. I was there in January and it was pretty empty (zero vibe and zero social interaction) but that was expected. My main issue was that someone came in and robbed me and another guest while I was there. They were somehow let in and stole a lot of stuff. I would generally give the hostel the benefit of the doubt but in this case it was like pulling teeth to get them to admit responsibility or help go to the police. They wouldn’t even refund my stay. Would not recommend.
Globalement cher pour ce que c’est (à savoir pas grand chose!), ambiance un peu étrange et odeur pas merveilleuse dans les parties communes ! Sinon, plutôt bien placé et personnel arrangeant.
Overall expensive for what it is (not much to say!), a bit of a strange ambiance and not a wonderful smell in the common areas! otherwise, rather well placed and staff arranging.

- Overpriced really too much for what you get
The hostel was ok. However, I was placed in a room that looked different from the one I had booked online, and was advertised for a cheaper fee than what I paid. My bed was full of bugs that but me through the night, making for a very unpleasant stay.
Has bug problem. Instructions are detailed to help the check in, but staff are rarely there to help with any extending circumstances and are very unkind if you need help outside of their "operating hours". Absolutely good location but beware, you're actually in an attic with needing to go upstairs the last floor, and they only run the AC for an hour at a time and the temperature will NOT go before 25C/78F! Know there is literally no way to bring the temperature from 35C to even 25C that fast
+ the location is good + the room is nice - the staff is quite rude and doesn’t make you feel welcome at all. The staff also doesn’t communicate too well and were abrasive from the beginning. This is a shame because the hostel itself was generally fine.

+ Perfekte Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum. Vom Busterminal aus in 25 Fussminuten zu erreichen. Tolles hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Kaffee und Tee waren inklusive. Die Küche zur Mitbenützung war gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder dahingehen.
+ Wyjątkowy hostel położony w samym centrum miasta. Bardzo komunikatywny oraz pomocny personel. Sprawnie odpowiada i doradzi. Pokoje czyste i do dyspozycji dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Ogólnie klimat tego hostelu jest bardzo fajny, możliwość poznania fajnych ludzi i wymiany doświadczeń. Bardzo polecam!

+ Un lugar muy tranquilo , gente excelente , el personal muy atento , y amable , la ubicación excelente , a un paso de via Roma calle principal de Torino , super recomendable
+ Good location and the room was quite nice. Bathrooms were clean, although the extractor fan in the female toilet was really loud. We didn’t use the other shared areas but they looked very comfortable and homely.
+ Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. L'établissement est propre, agréable, et idéalement placé! Je recommande vivement.
