Had a great stay here and we unexpectedly got upgraded rooms for free. Easy access to dolmuş to Ephesus.

I am only giving this so many stars because it was only $10/night and it was clean and in a good location - you can’t expect much from something that cheap. I would not stay here again. There were no lockers in the rooms. Only one bed had any electricity plugs close to it. Just one big light so the whole room is either on or off. To leave bags after check out they just leave them in the lobby, not even behind a desk. And I don’t think the beds were even actual twin size - they were tiny.

On a adoré notre étape de 2 nuits dans ce petit hôtel familial avec plein de charme et très bien accueillies. Le personnel est toujours souriant, à l'écoute et toujours prêt à aider. Nous avons eu une chambre plus grande (basse saison), pour un rapport qualité-prix très intéressant. La porte fenêtre arrondie donnant sur un petit balcon ensoleillé le soir était très agréable. Petit déjeuner compris varié et complet. Merci à vous. On vous l'a dit mais on vous le redit.

The staff were lovely and the location is great, very close to the bus station and centre of Selçuk town. I was pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade from a dorm room to a private room - however the private room only had an internal window so it was a little bit grim.

Welcoming and helpful staff

Turns out this is a hotel. I had my own room even though I thought I was in a hostel dorm. Very old building, they try their best to keep it clean. It’s isolating though, no socializing. Breakfast is extra charge. Not my favorite place to stay, but it’s within walking distance to Ephesus and the bus and train station.

I would say this hostel reaches the average of qualified hostels do. But the only thing I was not satisfied with was the host refused to provide the breakfast to me. The host who said my booking does not come with the breakfast. But I was pretty sure the booking did. I even showed him the details of my booking. I ended up having no breakfast offered anyway. I contacted the Hostelworld that day to verify this case. Finally I got a partial refund for it.

This was a good stay. The manager was a little creepy and touchy but I was traveling with a friend so it wasn’t all that huge of a deal. As a solo woman traveler just be weary and cautious and I don’t think I wouldn’t stayed here if it wasn’t for my friend also staying here.

The staff were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, walk across the street to catch a mini bus to Ephesus or to Şirince or to the beach. The Tram is walking distance as well. They also offer daily tours to the sights.
