Lay Day Hostel Uluwatu

This is the place to go if you dont have anything left to talk about with your freinds. The music at the pool (where its not possible to lay due to missing sitting places) is so loud that interacting with strangers really isnt a thing. Weird atmposhere, not social in the day at all and bad food and facilities. Bunch of young guy groups laying scrolling on instagram reels the whole day creating a very not-cozy vibe. Def cant recommend

Food at bar took nearly an hour to come, a drink ordered with food also came 45 mins after ordering. Music was very loud and went on until a very late hour. Ordered vodka raspberries- was convinced there was no vodka in and bar staff laughed at us. On the plus side beds were comfy and had a curtain and there was a pool. We left a day early without even bothering to get a refund.

Karaoke was way too loud. Unbearable even for a party hostel. Staff was not helpful as well. Don't go there.

Don’t get the hype about this hostel at all. Expensive, they turn off the air con during the day and you have to pay for a towel. I extended my stay for one night as I really needed sleep for my flight the next day but then get woken up by angry staff (same one who helped me extend so she should recognise me) saying I needed to check out. There was bed bugs in this hostel. I am currently paying for my bags and all luggage to be sanitised and checked. As soon as I showed the hostel workers they did not offer any support, guidance or help, nor a refund, but simply removed my mattress from the room. The bathrooms are really dirty and smell bad. If you are planning on staying here don’t, it’s not worth it. To give context, I’ve never before left a negative review on a place I’ve stayed and I’ve stayed in over 50 hostels. Av...

Echt een nachtmerrie. Voelde alsof je in een Love Island villa zat met mensen van ex on the beach. Personeel was echt niet behulpzaam. Ik vroeg bij de receptie om een plastic zakje, de meid achter de receptie deed niet eens een poging om te zoeken en zei meteen dat ze geen plastic zakjes hadden, terwijl in alle prullenbakken plastic zakjes zitten. This place is not worth the price… you have 8 bartenders standing there all doing shots or ignoring you while you’re trying to order. Took them 10 min of me standing there after I ordered a coke to make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Het hostel was al aan de prijzige kant, maar toen we tot 2x toe geen water hadden in verblijfduur van 2 nachten was het helemaal niet je geld waard. Ook kan iedereen gewoon naar het hostel komen ook al slaap je er niet, dus dan heb je er niks aan om zoveel te betalen

Worst hostel of my 3 weeks trip to thailand & bali. Pls teach your staff to be nice & friendly even if they don’t like brown skinned people. The lady at the reception counter saw me, winked at her colleague to deal with me and left. Had the best time here ever!!! We loved it So much we ended up extending. Ella was our favourite rep, she got us involved with everyone and made our stay 10X better! Definitely will be coming back

If you like to party this is the place for you! Very central and closely located to everything in Uluwatu. Very social if you take part in the activities.

Such a fun hostel! Never a boring time, the staff is amazing. Locki Sofia Maya and sonny made my stay memorable. Definitely coming back!

One of the best hostel so far in Bali, the events,the staffand also the location. Sony was so crazy, we loved him !!

Das Hostel ist sauber und sehr sozial, aber leider gibt es nicht ganz so viele Aktivitäten zusammen mit anderen Reisenden. Es gibt ein Badezimmer für jeweils alle und die sind schnell überfüllt. Das größte Minuspunkt ist, dass jeder dieses Hostel betreten darf, da die Rezeption um 22 Uhr schließt und es keine Security konstant gibt. Hostel ist einer sehr belebten Gegend. Fremde Männer hatten auch das Gelände betreten und wir wurden angemacht, als wir ins Bad sind.

Such an amazing stay, events at the hostel have been so fun. Staff are the best especially Locky and sony
