Definitely would not recommend this hostel to solo female travelers, or really to anyone. security is very low, broken windows, bathroom trash is overflowing, showers were grimy. very little privacy in the rooms. overall very unpleasant experience and wouldn’t come back. staff at reception was kind and the location is decent.

Die Lage war super, ganz in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und sehr zentral. Hygiene war jedoch gerade im Bad nicht gut und auch die Zimmer waren echt trostlos und ungemütlich.
The location was great, very close to the train station and very central, but the hygiene was not good especially in the bathroom and the rooms were also really homeless and uncomfortable.
Location was great and beds are comfortable, but I don't think it was worth the money due to the lack of cleanliness in the common area bathrooms super small kitchen and lack of any kind of atmosphere.

Hostel is right next to the bus station which is handy but to be honest that's the only advantage of this place. Lack of any sort of atmosphere, the kitchen and common area upstairs were filthy dirty, the bunk bed next to you is arms length away. it was only fine as we stayed there for one night, the second night we spent at the student hostel and the unfortunately this hostel looks bleak at most. The other place was super clean, comfy and £10pp less per night. Would not recommend.

Please put some Hooks in the rooms, there is plenty of space.

My review is way lower than this. I think the guy on the bunk beneath me was homeless or something, the room smelled of absolute ass. He came in super late, ate a burger beneath me (stinking) and then belched and farted and snored his ass off all night. A horrible nights sleep, hated every second of it.
Extremely clean, great location and very comfy beds. Would deffo stay here again. Small kitchen but great size common area. Bathroom great size- plenty of showers. Would have been nice to get towel included in price of stay. Overall really lovely hostel.

Pretty average hostel. No real atmosphere. The brewery round the corner was very nice. The rooms were small and didn’t off much privacy.
This is not the worst hostel I’ve stayed at…but it’s pretty bad. Best I can say, it’s not dangerous or filthy. But it’s eerie and kinda gross. Lots of street noise. Location and staff are good. Shower has hot water, but it’s one of the push button ones that stops after 15 seconds. Overall, it beats camping. I wouldn’t stay here again.
The hostel is basically a nice-enough hostel and the staff are friendly and helpful, but the hostel doesn't hire enough staff to keep the place properly clean - many days there was just one member of staff cleaning the whole hostel, and that just isn't enough staff to clean a moderately large hotel like this.
We really were quite happy with our stay! Staff were lovely, and everything including the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen area was quite small, but had pretty much everything needed. It would be nice to have a clothes washer and dryer on-site, but other than that all good!
Im Schlafsaal hat alles wunderbar gepasst! Die küche ist sehr klein, aber man kann sie verwenden. Leider waren Toilettenkabinen nicht immer sauber und teils hat Papier mehrere Tage gefehlt und würde nicht aufgefüllt.
The kitchen is very small, but you can use it. unfortunately the toilet cabins were not always clean and the teils hat paper was missing for several days and would not be refilled.
The hostel itself is very nice. Window in our room wouldn’t shut properly and very loud outside especially at the weekend so didn’t sleep much
Great location is about the only positive I have. Checking was delayed for over 1.5h as the rooms were not ready. The person on reception seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. Showers were ok but toilets didn't have any bog roll and the hand dryers weren't working. Beds were basic and pillow was uncomfortable but that was nothing compared to how uncomfortably warm the room was. All in all fine for price but can't really recommend.
1. if you want to be in the middle of everything it's a good choice. 2. the carpet in the bedroom (and the common area) is stained, so it doesn't feel clean. 3. the sheets are brown so it's impossible to be sure it's really clean. 4. the kitchen is so small you can't do much and there was only 2 forks available. 5. the bathroom was clean and there was many toilets and showers. 6. the only staff member I met was at the bar to get my key, she was lovely. I didn't see staff in the hostel.
Clean and comfortable hostel, perfectly located next to the train station.
Pretty chill place, very close to bus and train station, as well as the center of Inverness. Didn’t seem like there were many activities organized by the hostel, but the common room was a good place to chat.
Excelente lugar: bueno bonito y barato. La gente muy amable, los baños enormes y buena limpieza. Tiene una cocina bien equipada y buen ambiente. La habitación en la que yo estuve quizás es un poco chica pero alcanza.
Excellent location: nice nice and cheap. very nice people, huge bathrooms and good cleaning. has a well equipped kitchen and good atmosphere. the room i was in is maybe a little small but enough.
Posizione strategica. Tutto il resto molto scadente. Pulizia? Parliamone. Dormitorio misto e non c'era spazio nemmeno per rigirarsi.

La chambre était très simple mais fonctionnelle. Des armoires seraient utiles. La petite cuisine était propre et suffisamment équipée. Mais les casseroles étaient en mauvais état (évitez le Téflon!). Le personnel était très sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la salle commune (petit salon salle à manger) très lumineuse et confortable (surtout après la tempête du 4 août!). Sanitaires propres et pratiques.
The room was very simple but functional. cabinets would be useful. the small kitchen was clean and adequately equipped. but the pans were in bad condition (avoid Teflon!). the staff was very friendly. we very much enjoyed the common room (small dining room) very bright and comfortable (especially after the storm of 4 august!). clean and practical sanitary ware.

We had a good stay here! We were only there a night but we had no issues
