I had never stayed there or any of the nights and was charged for two nights I think in future the staff members should not have been judgmental or they can never stay there again that's made it more costly for me to move around...

This was after the other person at the front desk told me there were no available rooms but did not explain the snoring, because of this I booked through hostel world and payed a deposit that they refuse to refund. Do not stay, dirtiest hostel I’ve stayed at and felt generally unsafe.

Ok so I don’t want to mark the staff down but I have to cuz I don’t want this place to get more than 1 star. It was awful I left after 10 mins didn’t feel safe or clean at all Creepy people and just weird vibes DONT STAY HERE it’s cheap but like not worth it

The kitchen was really messy and not big enough to accommodate everyone. The reception, which also has sofas and a cozy area, closes at 11 PM. Five minutes before closing, the receptionist abruptly shouted at us to leave because it was closing time, which shocked everyone. La cocina es una guarrada, con cucarachas y comida podrida. He estado tres semanas y me han cobrado 20$ por olvidarme extender mi estancia, son 0 flexibles y podrían ser más amables con clientes que llevan tanto tiempo.

Before booking in I got out of hospital after spending a week and I needed another comfortable place to stay for at least two weeks pillar deposed I used the app to book in and pay for it on turning up those pole on the person off the street and they weren't interested in me and told me to go away they refund the money those most reasonable price backpackers in Auckland at the time and never had enough money to book into another backpackers at the time so it left me out of hospital excruciatingl

Does the trick and for pretty cheap so can’t complain really

The receptionist was terrible and had no customer service background.. will never try that place again

Estuvo bien para el precio pero si creo que el primer día la cocina estaba muy desordenada, pero al segundo mejoró muchísimo. Creo que las blanket’s de las habitaciones podrian ser mejor, y los baños de seguro también pueden mejorar muchísimo! Pero bueno ambiente, buenisima ubicación!

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top und die ersten Nächte waren auch wirklich super. Nur leider habe ich in den letzet 2 Nächten 30 Bettwanzen Bisse bekommen welche unerträglich waren.

The staff and location really made this hostel enjoyable, it’s more “run down” than it is dirty, the staff really were cleaning constantly but stall doors were hard to lock, the shower doors didn’t close all the way, the first bed I picked was so thin I could feel the bars underneath. The washer and dryer worked really well. The kitchen was actually the scariest thing I’ve ever seen in a hostel but the dirtiest fridge has since been replaced, now just little flies everywhere.

El hotel estaba muy sucio, las habitaciones compartidas olían muy mal. Había personas con picaduras de chinches. La ubicación estaba miy bien porque esta en el centro pero no vale la pena

It’s a ‘get what you pay for’ hostel. Very very cheap. So I won’t fault the place for being what it is. It’s perfect if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and wash. Whilst you spend the day exploring.

Loved it here. Spent Christmas and New Year’s here because it was insanely cheap and I couldn’t be more happy. It’s right at the Center and everything could be reached by foot. There’s a Woolworth, chemist warehouse all in the same block. Also it was very clean. You see staff cleaning throughout the day constantly. I would go back again!!

Worst staff ever, cancelling our room not even 24h before checkout, when we already comfirmed a longer stay a week in advanced. No compensation, not nothing. Overall really dirty place, and no hangout area except for the kitchen after 10pm.

The overall hostel vibe is pretty rough. The staff were nice, its location is great and price was lower than others but the room was not what I expected. The private room I had was windowless, unbearable hot in the spring, did not have good air flow and laked. The shared spaces were always dirty and broken furniture.

Ist empfehlenswert! Ich meine man bekommt halt das was man für den Preis zahlt. Deswegen sollte man jetzt nicht den größten Luxus erwarten aber für Auckland central ist es absolut in Ordnung gewesen!

Room was ok, door lock was suspect. bathrooms were poor. Urinal out of action. Toilets quite unclean. We didn’t pay a lot for one night so you get what you pay for, right? Fine for a night.

The place itself was nice. People were happy to help. Close to everything
