Ilham was friendly and helpful, and the riad courtyard and rooftop are lovely spaces to relax. However, the rooms were a major disappointment. Even after changing rooms, the sheets were dirty, and the pillow was absolutely disgusting, with visible mud and mold. The bathroom had mold, and there were ants and other bugs in the room. Cleanliness is crucial, and in this case, it completely overshadowed the nice staff and communal areas. I would avoid rooms on the 2nd floor.
Low rating due to a delay in my travel plans meaning I would arrive 24 hours late, I communicated this with the property who assured me I would still have my reservation and there was no issue. On arrival they had given my pre paid booking away and turned me away at 9pm to find alternative accommodation in central Marrakesh. The staff were polite and provided a full refund. I believe they could have done better.
This is multinational hotel pretending to be a hostel. It plays western music and charges hotel prices. 200 dirham deposit for a towel is a joke and they won't even provide a receipt for the deposit. Hint most hostels provide a towel for free. The atmosphere is akin to a hospital and the focus is extracting money from tourists. Definitely not a home away from home.
The hostel was quite nice, one of the better ones i've been in marakesh but it's a bit overpriced in my opinion. The location is nice but can be scetchy at night. staff was really nice! The breakfast is way overpriced and definitely not worth the money! I was in the 8 bed mixed dorm wich was nice, some privacy, curtains, lockers, all that stuff but unfortunately the bathroom is in the room so you will hear sounds and also it can be occupied for a long time.
Hostel a bit overpriced for my opinion.. But staffmember extremely friendly, a big plus. Common areas very chill and cosy, but no events to socialize even if they state they have (quizz night etc., never have taken place once)
They mixed up my name with someone else’s, put me in a much bigger dorm and on top of that the staff as quite arrogant. Other than that good, safe and clean
干净是表面光，每天都来打扫房间，但是住了三天地上的灰团和头发一直都在哪里，从来没人扫过，青旅外面的公共设施比房间里要好，床品睡起来不是很舒服，房间虽然有窗户，但空气不流通，在这等干燥的地方被子都是潮湿的，厕所的排气扇声音很大很吵；在全城青旅里面价格是最贵的，但是总体来说不值这个价格；
Clean is the surface light, every day they come to clean the room, but live in the three worlds where the ash and hair have always been, never swept by anyone, the public facilities outside the Blue Brigade are better than in the room, the bedding is not very comfortable to sleep, the room although it has windows, but the air does not flow, in such dry places the children are all wet, the exhaust fan in the toilet is very loud; the price in the whole city Blue Brigade is always the most expensiv...
Very nice hostel, socialising is a bit hard there. Nice swimming pool. I would stay again.
they turn off everything at 11pm not a good place to meet people
Very nice building, rooms, and location , but more of a hotel than a hostel really. Common areas closed and patrolled after 11/12, and social atmosphere discouraged. Everything the hostel offers much more expensive than in the area (water, drinks, food, excursions).

Gorgeous hostel and lovely staff! Highly recommend!
Really enjoyed my stay here. Met some great people, even though it’s not exactly a super social hostel. The place is quite big and overall pretty clean, though I did notice some mold on the shower curtains. Breakfast is really nice and definitely a highlight. One tip: don’t book through Hostelworld—it’s overpriced there. Better to book directly through their website or via Booking.com.
Great customer service, brought out breakfast for me so I could eat before my airport shuttle arrived, even though breakfast had not officially started yet.
Very good rooms and beds for a hostel dorm+ very friendly staff, plenty of room for socialising, even felt too big as there were only a few travellers in such a large space. Breakfast was meh, not worth the money, and rooftop bar was completely closed.

Stunning property! Great facilities, clean, and good atmosphere! The actual beds are also very good as you get your own curtain. There is very little to complain about! It’s is slightly on the expensive side compare to other hostels but I do think it’s worth it.

Lovely stay at Central house. Central location, clean, friendly and sell alcohol at the bar. Beds were a little hard but other than that it was great.
Great stay for a solo female traveller. Hotel-like facilities with rooftop bar, in-house resturant, pool and laundry.
Good property. But lacks soul. Would not recommend for solo travelers.
Had an amazing stay! The location was perfect and very easy to access. Everything was very clean and facilities worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Mehdi, he made my trip!

Lits très confortables et staff très gentil. Dommage que la salle de bain soit trempée après chaque utilisation sinon elle est propre et l'ambiance est chill.
It's a shame that the bathroom gets wet after every use otherwise it's clean and the atmosphere is chilly.

Absolutely beautiful hostel! Everything is clean, the stuff is nice. The food and drinks are a bit pricey but everything you need is available. Not possible to reach by taxi in front of it a short walk is needed.
The hostel in general was really nice and pretty the staff was really nice aswell and helpful but our room was a bit humid and there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom. Other than that everything was great.:)
Sehr ordentliches Hostel, schönes Ambiente aber etwas anonym. Leider musste man zu dem eh schon vergleichsweise etwas höheren Preis noch Handtuch-Miete und Luggage Aufbewahrung drauf zahlen. Dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt in toller Lage!

First time in Morocco, before joining a three day tour guide, so we wanted a safe, relaxing, and reliable hotel to stay at for our first night. It was comfortable, and the service provided everything we needed to feel secured and happy. Thank you!
Ich habe den Aufenthalt nicht so richtig genießen können, da es in dem 6-Betten Zimmer sehr stark nach Schimmel und feuchter Luft riecht (dieser kommt auch aus dem angrenzenden Bad, welches kein Fenster hat). Die Betten waren okay, das Zimmer recht sporadisch eingerichtet. Den Pool konnte ich leider nicht nutzen da er mind 24h gereinigt wurde. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Ich würde angesichts dem Preis mich wieder für ein anderes Hostel entscheiden
I couldn't really enjoy the stay as it smelled very strongly of Schimmel and moist Luft in the 6-Bed Room (this also comes from the adjoining Bathroom, which has no Window). The Beds were okay, the Room was quite sporadically furnished. The Pool unfortunately I couldn't use as it was cleaned 24h. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would opt for another hostel again considering the price.
Super friendly and helpful staff! Great breakfast buffet and great location. The dorm was a little bit humid and it was a strange smell coming from the bathroom that stayed in the room even after airing. But good value for the money.
