Peekaboo Hostel

Dont go there. Its not social at all and i felt very unfomfortable. I left the hostel three days earlier and moved to another hostel. During my trip i met three other girls/ girlgroups who felt the same as me

The pictures online looked very different from reality. The room was ok but the walls are like paper, you can hear everything! We didn't manage to sleep at all. There is only ONE bathroom for all the guests and its also the only shower. It was quite dirty and no toilet paper was provided. Also, there is no reception, so noone to talk to or ask questions. Overall, would not recommend!

Run in an unprofessional manner. The owner came into our bedroom and announced that she was going to sleep in the room with us… 🙄 wtf it’s wrong with you lady ? The place is so dirty - And the neighborhood is bad. I don’t recommend.

For the price you pay you should have more professionality. I've got bothered all night by a cat and almost bitten by a dog in the morning. It was a funny stay.

personnel très sympathique, nous avons rencontré de belles personnes! cependant le hostel est très petite et de moyenne qualité, mais pour le prix, c'est "correct". Pas de casiers verrouillés, mais ambiance sécuritaire. Emplacement adéquat pour visiter la médina.

would be good if it was mentioned that there is a dog and a cat in the property the bathroom and sink was really small, and the bunk beds were really rickety as well

The aircon was not working in the female dorm. The staff told to leave the window opened but it was so loud and noisy because the hostel is just next to the street. Without aircon or the fan in the room, I couldn’t sleep well at nights. Staff are friendly though and I enjoyed a small Halloween party.

In general the stay was nice, everything was clean and the location was ok, beds were comfortable and there's a nice rooftop. A few things though: there is no sign outside, so not easy to find ; place has a cat and a dog, that are most of the time nice, but the cat did bite a chunk out of my book and the dog bit a woman, when she didn't see him in the dark ; one of the rooms has no plugs ; rooftop shower didn't have hot water and rooftop opening hours changed every day ; no alco allowed

In unserem 2er Zimmer haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Leider waren Toilette und Dusche in einem Raum und nicht immer sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war aber okay. Die Dachterasse war sch schön. Es gibt eine Katze.

Great welcoming from Ziad, this little hostel is what you need for a good evening or naps during your trip. Ziad is very helpful and attentive person. The terrasse is really nice ! And the location in the Medina is perfect to be in the hearth of Marrakech. Thanks again for this perfect welcoming 🙏🏻

Host was so welcoming and friendly. Offered tea every night. I stayed in the female dorm which was a good size and had lockers with keys for valuables. Location wasn’t the best since it was far from the main attractions and kinda scary to walk alone as a solo female because of the staring and constant cat-calling (even though i was dressed modestly). the key to the outside door was not easy to use.

The staff there was very friendly and welcoming. The place was overall clean. It had a nice kitchen which was great. There was 2 bathrooms at times could get busy but ok. The small lock box I had the lock was broken. The bed was quite loud and creeky to move in and the place was next to a busy street making it hard to sleep due to the noise. I would recommend noise canceling earphones Forsure. Overall the place was good tho. Caution if you’re a light sleeper.

Een van de betere hostels waar ik al in verbleven heb. Alles is netjes, vriendelijk personeel en goede bedden.

we loved it there!! nice area, perfect matteresses and really social! The manager is so kind and helpful. Would recommend to any female solo traveller!

Had the best time there, great location, wonderful people to meet and the ones work there and just overall a great spot to start your travels in Marokko 🧡

Das Hostel war wirklich richtig toll! Ich habe einige nette Leute kennengelernt aber das Beste waren Ziad und seine Freundin, die einem zu jeder Zeit Tee, Tipps und gute Gespräche zu bieten hatten! Ich habe mich unglaublich wohl gefühlt und die Lage war auch perfekt!

Sehr schönes Hostel! Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt, es ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen! Wir haben sogar noch eine Nacht dazugebucht, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben

Absolutely loved staying here, the hosts Asma and zyiad are lovely, we were made to feel so welcome, we arrived a few hours before check in and was shown to the roof top terrace, Asma kindly made us a mint tea and sat with us and a few other guests and chatted with us for a while. we had a private room which was very clean and modern. A great first experience of staying in a hostel and would most definitely return if we visit marrakesh.

One of the best hostels we’ve ever stayed at—we even extended our stay right away. The women’s dorm, in particular, is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and well-maintained, and the rooftop terrace is also fantastic!!! The staff are super sweet and friendly. We’d love to come back :))

Die Besitzer waren super lieb und herzlich. Die Lage ist top und sauber war es auch. Würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Not the best hostel ive been to. But i juat needed a quick stop for one night sleep and it was perfect for that. Very very friendly staff!

This hostel has an amazing atmosphere. It is really cozy, the staff (Zian and Asma) are great and they really made me feel at home. We even got to eat together with them and other guests for Iftar which was really nice. The only thing that Is not as great is the amount of toilets and showers in the building. As far as i could tell there is one toilet at the rooftop and a shared single toilet/shower on the main floor.

This hostel is a lovely stay, with a really homely and warm feel. Unfortunately I was only staying one night, but was greeted and welcomed with tea and sweets on the rooftop. Asma and Ziad were so lovely and helped us a lot, spent time and chatted with us like family and friends. Highly recommend.
