when we arrived at the train station we contacted the hostel to ask them how to reach it, unfortunately they couldn’t find our booking and were booked our even though it was a confirmed hostel world booking, staff was friendly and offered us a place in the basement.. in the end we had to book a more expensive hostel spontaneously :(
