- la poussière dans la chambre qui donne sur une cour sale et un dépotoir . un seul drap et la seule personne que l’on ait vue 2 minutes seulement pendant 2 jours ne comprenait pas l’anglais .Pas de couverture pour 2, seulement un mini dessus de lit . Aucun accueil : lamentable . Guest house a fuir!!

+ 台所で使う調味料が、全くないも置いてなった。連絡すると、直ぐに届けてくれた。 洗濯機も中庭のはずれの調理場付近に在り、民宿の備品の洗濯専用である。 洗濯したいとの要望を伝えると、親切に使い方の説明をしてくださった。 市場は３００m先に在り、朝６時からの食材の買出しに便利であった
- 洗濯した衣類の干場がなく、施設の中庭の片隅に干した。 浴室の排水口周辺に、毎回、ミミズのような虫が蠢いていた。 窓が少ない。 掃除が、中途半端である。 mini-vanの乗車券の手配は、簡単にできた。しかしTokTokは時間通りに迎えに来なかった。 バス停に行くと、バスが遅れていると、初めて知らされ１時間以上も待った。 民宿の管理人は、バス会社との情報交換が、全くできていない。 旅行者は、ご自分で、バス切符の手配や迎えのTokTokno手配をするのが、精神的苦痛も少なく、最適です。 民宿の場所が、居酒屋Nary Kitcenの裏側にあり、地図にも載っていない。 バス停からは、どんなに近くとも、TokTokで行くことを進めます。歩いていくと必ず道に迷う。

- It is absolutely not worth the price paid. The photos are not real. The place is very very modest. Do not return and do not come.
- the Room wasnt like the pictures at all. the Bathroom wasnt clean. you hear everthing from the outside.
+ The Wi-Fi worked well, which allowed me to work during my stay. The location is also convenient, and most places in Battambang can be reached on foot.
- There was nothing particularly enjoyable about the stay overall. The place was very dusty and felt quite dirty, partly because of the city itself, but also because the property did not seem to be cleaned properly. Everything felt disorganized. It also has the downsides of a hotel without the benefits, and the downsides of an Airbnb without the comfort or service you would expect. For example, it is advertised as having a washing machine, but this is misleading because guests are asked to pay to use it. We had to argue about this, since the first time it was offered for free, and the second time we were suddenly asked to pay. That kind of inconsistency is frustrating. The staff were generally kind, but there was very little sense of customer service. No one came to clean the room, replace coffee, or refresh anything during the stay. Another important point: this place is not suitable for people with mobility issues, as the stairs to reach the room are difficult. We also had a frustrating experience with the tuk-tuk driver arranged for transport. He was very pushy, kept insisting that we pay in cash even though we prefer using Grab, and he made us lose time on our last day when we needed to catch our bus. Overall, this place is not worth the price if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

Needed to book somewhere last minute and this was all that was available. Would not recommend. The whole place had an unfriendly atmosphere and not all staff are helpful. The room was boiling hot and the facilities were basic. Our bathroom light did not work and when we mentioned it at reception we were told it would be fixed that afternoon but nobody ever came. One stag member also made a personal and unnecessary comment about one of our passport photos.

- Very dark and painted dark grey. . Not able to open curtains as it was in an alley. It looked like it had been built inside a shed. Very noisy. Buiding work started at 7.00 am and didn't stop until late. Then the owners ' hildren were running around and screaming. Very thin wall between us and next door. We could hear everything.

Very good stay! Nothing to complain about. Stayed in the 4-bed dorm alone, which suited me (saw only 1 other guest). I guess it's low season (May). - Clean room, clean bed and bedsheets. - AC was very new and working superbly. - Super friendly, helpful and English speaking staff. - Ensuite bathroom. - Rooftop seemed chill although I didn't use it. Minor recommendation: - Shower drainage a bit slow. Maybe a bit clogged up from inside or normal functionality, didn't bother taking a shower...
Fijn hostel met aardig personeel
The hostel met with a very nice staff.
Really great hostel! The rooms were quite spacious and the beds really comfy! The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend
+ Lovely clean and comfortable room in a great central location. The lovely staff let us use the room later on for a shower before we got our night bus which was hugely appreciated! We used the hotels TikTok driver Mr Den for a tour of Battambang and Den was so lovely and knowledgeable, we couldn’t recommend enough.

The staff were really lovely. The beds are nice and spacious and was clean along with the bathroom. Would reccomend if you just want a chill place

+ L'emplacement, tout près du marché et trés central.
- L'accès à la chambre se fait par un couloir peu entretenu entre 2 maisons, surprenant à l'arrivée! Très chaud dans la chambre, je pense que nous étions juste sous les toits, chambre à l'étage. La climatisation est un peu poussive
+ Camera adeguata, grande con frigo, scrivania, bollitore, phon e doccia calda
- AC non funzionante, luce di emergenza fastidiosa
+ Établissement situé au cœur de Battambang, à 3min à pieds du marché central et juste à côté de deux supers restaurants ! Parfait pour un séjour de courte durée :)
+ The location was excellent.
- I had to keep the curtains closed in order to have any privacy.
+ Friendly owners. They switched our rooms at the last minute, but that's okay. They gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The room was comfortable for a one night stay.
+ Owner was very helpful in organizing transportation to my next destination. The owner and sister made “Akor Thnort”, traditional Cambodian rice cakes, that they sold right outside the guest house. If you”re not staying there, go there anyways to get this super yummy street food!

+ Vraiment satisfait de ma chambre, spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, clair avec balcon à l'étage, wifi et clim super, excellent rapport qualité prix.

+ One of the nicest places I’ve stayed on my travels! The room just had such a nice, relaxing feel to it! So modern and clean! I had a wonderful sleep and a great trip with our driver den! Thankyou.
+ Loved this homestay! Nice, clean & spacious room, lovely staff. The tuktuk driver who worked for the honesty was lovely and came to pick us up from the bus stop for free. We then booked a day tour with him the next day which was amazing, would highly recommend! Good WiFi which has been a struggle to find so far for us in Cambodia.
- Shower drain needs unblocking but other than that the stay was perfect
