+ Lo único bueno que puedo decir es la ubicación en relación a la cercanía del hostel al centro, podías hacer todo a pie sin necesidad de tomarte transporte.
- Todo. Al estar adentro de la estación se escucha de noche música que ponen y el altavoz haciendo los anuncios. Así que imposible dormir bien, llevate tapones para los oídos si queres intentar dormir bien. La cocina casi ni la usé porque siempre había gente, es pequeña para la gran cantidad de huéspedes que tienen. Y además, muy desorganizada. La mesa para comer muy “llamativa” pero poco práctica. Está colgada, así que se mueve para todos lados. Yo estuve en una habitación de 6 solo mujeres, con baño privado. El baño super chico, no tenés lugar para apoyar tus cosas en el lavabo o cuando te duchas. Lo único bueno es que en la cama tenes una cortina para mayor privacidad, pero el lugar para guardar tus cosas está debajo de la cama y es super incómodo porque no es un cajón, es un agujero que hay debajo de la cama, solo que le pusieron una puerta y ya, era muy incómodo dejar las cosas ahí. En la cama sólo tenías una luz, pero nada para dejar las cosas. Más allá de eso, tuve una mala experiencia, que entiendo no tiene nada que ver con el hostel, pero tmb incentivan mucho las fiestas y consumo de alcohol para que luego pasen estas cosas. Me toco una noche compartir con 3 chicas de EEUU, que volvieron de madrugada hablando como si estuvieran solas en la habitación, y vomitando el baño toda la noche, más allá de que dejaron un desastre en la habitación (no sé cómo pero sacaron el barral con la cortina de la cama). Así que si querés descansar bien y tener un buen alojamiento y experiencia, no te recomiendo alojarte acá.
The only good thing I can say is the location in relation to the hostel's proximity to the center, you could do everything on foot without having to take transportation. Everything. Being inside the station you can hear the night music they play and the speaker making the announcements. So impossible to sleep well, wear earplugs if you want to try to sleep well. The kitchen I hardly ever used because I always had, it's small for the large number of guests they have. And besides, very disorganize...

- Firstly the location! If you do not want to be in party district unsafe. Do not visit here! There security measures are horrifying!!! You are given a ribbon, it’s a simple ribbon, nothing electronic in it. Where you hold it in front of camera is not even possible for someone of 6feet to see face. As soon as you hold ribbon up, they unlock doors. There is no mention you are literally in a train station. When you first walk out of your room you smell urine, and see beggars! Anyone who finds this ribbon they give you on ground can enter! So zero security! I had to leave and have not been refunded! The quality of this is illegal in Australia! I need refund. Or shall take it further!!!

- The receptionist yesterday at night asked me in the rudest way possible to sit somewhere else because I was sitting at the wrong place and is expecting me to do it in a second and don’t even let me finish the sentence I was reading. He also threatened me to kick me out from the hostel just because I didn’t stand up right after he asked me to do it. I don’t think he has the right to do it and even less for a reason like this one. It’s a Hostel, not an elementary school. He is talking to adults and older people than him. Working in hopitality he should probably be more patient and humble. Being confident is a good quality but he should probably improve his communication skills because you never know who you’re talking to and the consequences that it can have. If working in hospitality is too hard for you, you can probably find an office job where you can be alone and don’t talk to anyone. This same person welcomed me when I arrived. He was rude also and forgot to tell me many informations (Possible breakfast, WhatsApp group). It’s noisy at night and it’s in a dodgy area.

- Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und wurde am heißesten Tag des Jahres mit 38 grad nicht repariert, ein neues Zimmer gab es nicht! Trotz freier Zimmer!

The staff were so rude and clearly did not want to be there. The bathrooms constantly smell like pee and the people that stay there are not the best.

+ Everything was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed having the chance to swim in the pool — it was a lovely bonus!
- The only downside was that there were no separate female rooms.

+ Welcoming, service, and maintenance/cleaning personnel are super kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The location is the Best! The hostel is well designed & dorms and beds are comfy.
