Mezcal Boutique Hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights in an exclusive private room, room was. lovely but the construction outside was not, it last the duration of my stay and no pool. as they were doing work on it. I complained to staff and the man, let's just say they didn't care less, no solution, didn't seem bothered. lovely building but it was a weird vibe, no soul, zero atmosphere. staff seem more interested looking at there phones than helping guests and it is apparent we are an inconvenience.

Hostel sieht sehr gut aus und Mitarbeiter sind nett, sonst aber nicht so gut. Die Bar hat komplett zu und die Küche ist sehr schlecht eingerichtet. Atmosphäre ist sehr merkwürdig, eigentlich ist es ein Hotel und kein Hostel.

I've stayed at over 30 hostels,but this was the worst hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff HATES YOU. The prices are high. They claim to have a restaurant and bar but its located half mile from your room. Zero Atmoshpere and most travellers were very angry each day because the of the way the staff treats the guests...I saw the night staffer yell "stupid" to one of the guests for asking questions about tours.

I ask the staff to change my sheets multiple time they never changed it , one my cover bed was stain with something they never replace my sheets or my toalla , cleaning services is no so good , they don’t watch your clothes don’t offer breakfast idk why the name of the hostel say that they have restaurants 50 a night for these poor conditions , I didn’t recommend any one to stay here terrible

Something about the vibe of this place was just off. It looks beautiful, but feels quite hostile. The staff on the service desk were nice and friendly. Apart from them trying to charge us an extra 900 pesos for our booking. The wait staff were incredibly slow (20 minutes for a drink to arrive) and the prices were the highest on the island! For reference, a beer at an exclusive beach club on Playa Norte cost 60 pesos. This bar charged 80! There was also p*** dripping through the ceiling in room...

Let’s start with the unprofessional, pretentious, and extremely creepy reception worker upon checkin. The room had mold all over the walls and felt like we were sleeping in a cave. There were no activities and no social atmosphere. The place was basically a pile of p*o with gold paint. I can’t stress enough how moldy and humid the room was. In the morning, somebody opened our private room door and then quickly left. No clue who that was but it freaked us out. Way overpriced as well

There’s a hidden tax in the hostel conditions, and it’s not included in the price you’ll be seeing online.

The first room we checked into had dirty bed sheets with blood, makeup and brown stains. A strong smell of damp, and none of the windows could be opened to air out the room. After bringing this to the attention of your staff they were not very apologetic and offered us another room as their was no spare sheets. The second room had the same damp smell, The air conditioner leaked at night, and every time you turned the shower on a very loud rattling noise came from the pipes.

Terrible service counter. Treated people like burdens. Waited 30 minutes for a check in. Had money go missing from room after cleaned. Just more trouble than it’s worth. Would skip this place.

Je n’ai pas pu bénéficier de ma réservation car les enfants ne sont pas acceptés dans l’établissement. Après 16:00 de voyage et 2 enfants crevés, c’est pénible.

Tuve una excelente estancia en este hotel. La ubicacion es ideal, cercana a todo y al mismo tiempo tranquila y perfecta para descansar. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy comodas y de oradas con buen gusto.Los restaurantes ofrecen opciones variadas y muy deliciosas preparadas al detalle. Todo el personal es muy amable sobretodo los chicos de recepcion, los cuales siempre fueron amables y sonrientes.

Had a private room as I needed to relax after a few weeks of travel. Gorgeous hotel. Its a shame I didn't stay longer than one night. Would return for sure

Es un hotel precioso,pequeñito pero bien ubicado.El personal es muy amable y alegre sobretodo Chavely en recepcion.Las habitaciones son grandes y la cama es muy cómoda.Probamos el restaurante mexicano y nos encantó.Cabe mencionar que también cuentan con otro restaurante,una cafeteria,un spa y una smoke shop.De verdad me gustaría volver.

The staff is great, always ready to help you in whatever way you need to make your stay more comfortable. The restaurant there, Los Compares is great and the volunteer staff for all the activities at Nomads are always nice and there to help you meet other travellers and have fun in the activities! I definitely recommend this place!

Das Hostel wird mittlerweile als Hotel unter anderem Namen geführt. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Pool war nicht sehr sauber und das Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen für das Frühstück (kein Kaffee!). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nothing bad to say about this hostel. Its near the ADO, it's a beautiful building with so many amenities like pool, bar and restaurant. Has 2 sister hotels nearby. The "Nomads Party" hostel has an awesome rooftop you can also use which locals of cancun come to use too. All activities are from that location which is a short walk away.

A very pretty hostel, calm and clean. The staff at the desk were very helpful and kind. They offer a lot of free activity. We tried the taco tour and Carlos was amazing.

The common areas were really nice, and I liked that it was close to the ADO station. However, I stayed in the female dorm, and the whole room was very humid and smelled like mold. There was also mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable considering the high price.

Tolle Atmosphäre, super freundlicher Service, ein perfekter Start in Cancún.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The deluxe private room was lovely, just like the pictures (although could have done with some bedside lamps as there was only a main light!). The only thing it was lacking really was atmosphere - it didn’t seem like there were many other guests around, and the bar was closed throughout our stay.

Nice place very cozy!

I got a private room for 2 nights which was reallys spacious. The place is nice and clean (except maybe for the kitchen but nothing too bad for an hostel either). The location is great you can easily take the bus for the beach and it's right next to the ADO bus station. Just note this is not a social hostel at all, there're very few common spaces and the place is generally very quite.

Clean, comfortable, secure, and well located hostel. There was no atmosphere despite it being set up super nicely, though I did befriend the people in my dorm. Since it is a sister hostel with the Nomad Party Hostel, you get access to all the party hostel facilities including the rooftop bar which had locals and travelers intermingling at salsa and bachata nights which I loved, as well as access to the various daytime activities. You get the benefits of that hostel without the noise

Excelente el lugar. Es un hotel, con poca atmósfera de hostel pero bien ubicado. Y relación precio calidad está muy bien. La habitación compartida es grande y cómoda, con aire y espacio para guardado.

Had so much fun here and met some really amazing people. There definitely isn’t so much atmosphere here and the drinks from the bar were not great. Beds were comfy and they provide a sheet & towel. Dorms were also super spacious but bathrooms got super messy and were only cleaned on Sundays.

Buena gente (gracias por todo Adrian y todos los demás), buena piscina nueva, buenas camas… volveré aquí. Es más tranqui que los otros dos hostales “Nomads” pero con todos los beneficios compartidos. Duerme bien aquí pero festeja ahí 😉

Hostel and location are really great if you want a more authentic taste of Cancun it's much easier to get into the city rather than the "hotel zone" whilst the hotel is very well equipped and comfortable.
