I have to say the Japanese girl so rude to me, when I ask for if I can stay at the same room or I can move to 8 share but I do not want to stay at 2 level, cause I get bite by the bed bug at the room 215, the bite everywhere in my body; she not listen to me carefully, shout at me when I speaking, very bossy attitude, I mean I’m not her staff, I’m the guest, that’s very very rude.. and when she see me again, non apologize, just pretend nothing happened and say “ i already move u to another room”
