+ Buena ubicación
- Camadas muy incómodas, habitación antigua y personal no muy amable
We could take our room before check-in but in the hotel Sunrise on the other side of the street. The room was not clean and we had a lot of ants in the room and bed. A/C and hot water didnt work until we went to the reception and they had to activate it first. In the evening they turned off the A/C again, so we went again to the reception and they activated it. Most of the time no one was at the reception. Many loud screaming childern in the staircase. Location is good, staff is friendly
It's almost impossible to sleep After 9am there because they are doing construction work in the morning without caring for their customer but great location and cheap tours.

+ The room was booked as a sea view with balcony. It did not have either. The advertised sea view is blocked by a vast, modern, Disneyland Paris style development of what was previously the beach and extending about half a mile out into the bay, completely across the whole front of Cat Ba town. To be fair, this development is blighting the view for the whole town, so it would be the same for any hotel claiming a 'sea view' there. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable with perfectly adequate facilities. Staff were helpful. I particualrly liked the food, which was all superb and good value. The location helpfully central for tours and transport.

stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back.

+ Clean and perfect location. The bar downstairs it’s great
- Freezing shower and no longer a sea view because of the construction. However its still great value
+ Central location. The restaurant.
- There is no sea view as advertised. They’ve had more than 2 years to change this on their advertising but obviously it’s a draw card and they caught me. No room service the entire 6 days which is not good. I had to ask for toilet paper. Seems like all the focus is on the restaurant.
